Kenneth Ma Saving Money for Marriage?
In early January, Hong Kong tabloid magazine Eastweek spotted 28-year-old Jacqueline Wong (黃心穎) taking 43-year-old Kenneth Ma (馬國明) back to her home. A few weeks later, Kenneth and Jacqueline had a movie date in Tai Koo Shing. Around Valentine’s Day, they were seen having dinner together at a Japanese restaurant in Causeway Bay.
These sightings have all led to the speculation that Kenneth and Jacqueline are currently dating, and that they have been seeing each other for over a year. The rumored couple kept in touch after collaborating in last year’s Inspector Gourmet <為食神探>, which was filmed in 2015, and Jacqueline herself once admitted that she was a fan of Kenneth before she joined the industry. In fact, rumors say that Jacqueline was the one who asked Kenneth out first.
The rumored couple gave ambiguous responses when reporters asked about their alleged romance. They both deny being a couple, but admitted that they are trying to get to know each other better. “We are still friends,” said Jacqueline. “Going out for a movie and eating together is something that all friends do.” She also admitted to “having feelings” for Kenneth.
Kenneth gave a similar response. The actor, who will be working with Jacqueline again for the TVB drama Deep in the Realm of Conscience <深宮計>, said, “We will most likely go out together again. You shouldn’t go to her house on a first date anyways!”
A few days ago, paparazzi spotted Kenneth eating dim sum with some elders in his family. According to the report, his family were pestering Kenneth about his love life, and was asking him if he would be getting married soon. Kenneth allegedly told his family that he’s saving money for marriage. Perhaps it’s really with Jacqueline Wong?

@jemnze IKR?!?! Also, what’s so ambiguous about their answers? They bluntly said they’re not a couple and are now just in the dating stage. Everyone starts out get to know, goes on a few dates and then makes it official (if they’re compatible). No biggies. Papz are making it way more “juicy” then it really is xD
Still dating phase. Give them space and time and some PR pls.
Kenneth can do way better than Jacqueline.
