2012 TVB8 Golden Music Awards: Raymond Lam and Joey Yung Sweep Awards
It was yet another sweep for the reigning winners at the 2012 TVB8 Golden Music Awards ceremony held on December 9.
Raymond Lam (林峰) and Joey Yung (容祖儿) once again walked away with the Most Popular Male and Female Singers awards, marking Raymond’s third consecutive win and Joey’s fifth.
At last year’s award ceremony, Joey said that she would work doubly hard this year and it looks like she has achieved that with the Gold prize with her “Watching Flowers in Fog” <霧里看花>. Together with Vincy Chan (泳兒) and Charlene Choi (蔡卓妍), the four singers from the EEG each scored a place in the TVB8 Golden Music Awards.
Hubert Wu (胡鴻鈞) bagged the Gold for Best Newcomer award. Also from Star Shine Record Company, Alfred Hui (許廷鏗) received an award for his duet with Jinny Ng (許廷鏗) for their song, “Bosom Friends” <知己>.

Look at how hard Wayne is working to rally for votes while Ray doesn’t have to do anything and his fans from around the world are helping him get votes. LOLS
I do like Raymond’s acting (and singing of course), but for some reason I just don’t think TV King will go to him this year.

lol Fala Chen got bronze although I’ve heard much criticism about her singing. Intersting. Haven’t heard her sing though.
