Aimee Chan is Pregnant With Third Child
At a jewelry promotional function in Elements mall today, Aimee Chan (陳茵媺) cheerfully announced to the public that she is currently carrying her third child. Pregnant for three and a half months, it is still unclear whether or not the child is a boy or a girl. Aimee smiled happily and gushed, “Having three is enough now!”
In a black strapless dress and a pair of 5-inch high heels, the 34-year-old artiste exhibited a glowing complexion at the event. When asked if she is worried about tripping, Aimee shared that she is used to wearing high heels and would be extremely careful. Her third pregnancy did not happen by accident, as she and husband Moses Chan (陳豪) had always planned to have three children.
When asked if Moses showered Aimee with expensive gifts, she laughed and replied, “He gave me two sons already! They’re already the most precious gifts. The next big gift is our third child, which I already have! It doesn’t matter if it’s a boy or girl. The most important thing is that the baby is healthy. Moses and I both want a large family, because our house will be very lively!”
Aimee and Moses’ eldest son is almost 2 years old, while their younger son is 8 months old. Aimee shared, “I’ve been quite tired taking care of my two sons while being pregnant, but I still prefer to look after them on my own. It makes me feel very warm and happy. Having three children is really enough though, because it’ll be too tedious! I still want to return to acting in the future.”
In an interview with Moses, he expressed he is extremely happy to become a father again. “Three is enough! Even if we do end up having a fourth child, it won’t be in a long while. I hope Aimee would have time to do what she wants. She also has her own dreams! Since my dreams are already fulfilled, it’s time to fulfill hers.” Moses added, “Although I would like a daughter this time, I have to be fair. I don’t mind if it’s another boy!”

Wow, they have to love children a lot. Very hectic for them with 3 small children …. esp. boys.
Aimee Chan and Janet Chow competed in same Miss Hong Kong in 2006 and subsequently winning (Aimee) and 1st runner up (Janet).
Both went on to have contracts with TVB – though Aimee had more opportunity than Janet, both ended up marrying TVB actors respectively – Moses Chan and Timmy Hung.
Aimee and Janet also both have 2 young boys each.
I dont believe they are good friends in real life. Janet has her large group of girlfriends, making her quite popular and always 1 of the bridesmaids. Whereas Aimee is rarely seen out with any friends.
Both have been successful and one would think they are competing against each other, since both were from Toronto and both completed in Miss Chinese Toronto in 2004 and they both failed to place in top 3.

Great news that Aimee is pregnant with her 3rd. Guess she wants to have all the kids ASAP, get it over and done with, then she can go back to acting. By that time she would have to hire a nanny or 2 right?

The age gap is really close…but if the couple has plans to have 3 or 4 kids, then quickly have give birth rather than have a wide gap and start all over again.

Best answer to the reporter’s stupid question. These HK reporters always focus on how much the woman get from her husband for giving birth to a child, like it’s a job or something. So annoying and mercenary minded. The child itself is the most precious. Happy that Aimee points this out to them.
Btw, hope Aimee gets a girl this time. Then, they will have children of both genders. 🙂

LOL pretty sure ever time they get asked on future children after just having one they say they are just focusing on the now and don’t have time to think of having another child, next thing you know she’s got another bun in the oven!
I bet it’ll be difficult for her to get back into her tvb acting job since she’s already had/will be having so much maternity leave time off and she’s not exactly ‘young’ anymore..
But good luck to them!
@melodylai Aimee Chan surely will need a lot of luck to get back to her acting career. People in Hong Kong will forget her easily as Aimee barely established as 1st lead actress before she had her first child.
@orchid123 aimee and moses did the right thing by having kids fast, instead of just wanting couple time and then get desperate when they can’t conceive.
@janet72 It is good for Moses and her family, but not good for Aimee’s acting career (if she wants to shine).
@orchid123 it’s going to be a long time before aimee returns to the screen. but if she still looks after herself well, she will do better than present ones. I like aimee.

Congratulations! She is very fertile! Happy for her and the family for sure. It’s a good thing she didn’t have a csection as won’t be recommended to have kids this quickly if she did. But they are smart to have it all at once so they can grow up together and by time kids are older, Aimee can go back to acting if she still want to at that time. Doesn’t matter if it’s a boy or a girl.. as long as it’s healthy is good!
