Angelababy announced on her blog that she will be leaving the entertainment industry to pursue her studies in the United States . Citing health reasons, Angelababy decided to return to the United States in November to give herself a long holiday. “I want to go back to the United States to primarily improve myself and study.”
Having lived in Taiwan for three years, Angelababy met many friends there. She thanked Fan Wei Chi for her friendship. Fan Wei Chi sent her blessings, “Eat less ice, drink less, and be less angry!”

Jayne: Angelababy is my favorite “leng mo.” Maybe the break-up with Huang Xiao Ming and her rising fame was too much to handle? Although plagued by plastic surgery rumors, I find her to be very beautiful. She possesses an amazing style and looks great in everything she wears. I’m disappointed to hear that Angelababy is quitting the entertainment industry (for now).

I am surprised to hear this but am proud of her for choosing her studies over her career in the circle. That is not always easy to do since most people would choose being in the circle and making money. I guess breaking up with Xiao Ming(if they were really together) and all of the pressures of being in the circle were way too much for her. Good luck to her and wish her the best!
Angelababy denied quitting the entertainment industry today. Her manager said that her schedule is packed until next year.
The mainland media seems to have inaccurately reported her intention to leave the industry. The mainland media mixed up Angelababy with AndyGaga, who announced plans to study in the USA instead.

Someone showed me a youtube clip before of her before and after picture. She indeed look different. But, I have some doubt if the before picture is hers since her mouth look bigger and wider before (can one reduce mouth wide and size with surgery). But, in both before and after pics, she look mix race.
