Benjamin Yuen (袁偉豪) celebrated his 31st birthday at good friend, Stefan Wong’s (黃長興) French restaurant last night. It has been 10 years since Benjamin had a group celebration for his birthday; thus he cherished the gathering. TVB producer Poon Ka Tak (潘嘉德), Michael Tse (謝天華), Vincent Wong (王浩信), Janet Chow (周家蔚), and Lily Ho (何傲兒) attended the lively celebration.
Despite being embroiled in Lau Ding Sing’s (劉定成) list of 35 men who had willingly posed partially naked for the wealthy businessman’s private pleasure, this did not appear to dampen Benjamin’s mood yesterday. However, it was ironic that Benjamin and Mr. Lau’s birthdays were only one week apart. Benjamin’s birthday was on May 11th, while Mr. Lau had celebrated his 62nd birthday last week.
Benjamin’s friends prepared a birthday cake which was decorated in the theme of a motorcycle. Benjamin had become good friends with Michael Tse and Stefan Wong, who also shared a passion in driving motorcycles. When the cake was brought out, Benjamin’s friends crowded around to take photos, forcing Benjamin away from the table.
“Everyone forgot to ask me to blow out the birthday candles! I asked them, ‘I thought I was the main character tonight!’” Benjamin had a wonderful time celebrating his birthday with friends.

lots of actors have posed naked: chilam, daniel wu, aaron kwok… you can’t see anything but i don’t think they were wearing anything during the shoot. it was for some photographer biography a few years ago (not sure if it was some celebration anniversary or charity)… pubic hair was visible!

these do sound like the type of pictures that Mr Lau has described though. If that’s the case, like if Him or Benjamin really took photos like these then really no big deal.
Nothing wrong with nude photos at all. But it’s the motivation behind it that seems a little iffy… I personally don’t care, but others may; taking these sort of photos to advance your career (in an underhanded way) doesn’t speak great about your character. But hey, I don’t know the truth behind it all and I’m sure a lot of people do it anyway. Even outside the e-circle.

random – i’m watching till love do us die with benjamin yuen and i’m actually loving his acting in the sitcom. I also love the chemistry between him and raymond lam’s cousin, don’t know her name. her appearance and vibe reminds me of 馬賽 but i absolutely hate 馬賽. I much prefer ray’s cousin. she’s not very pretty but she’s got a natural draw to her.
