Cecilia Cheung Pak Chi gave birth to her second son on May 12th at 9 PM. Nicholas Tse Ting Fung’s father, Patrick Tse, confirmed, “We have already seen Cecilia at the hospital. Mother and baby are doing well. Cecilia and Nic are very loving. [Their older son] Lucas is also very excited. Currently, Cecilia is resting!”
Patrick revealed that Cecilia’s new baby weighed 7 lbs 7 oz at birth. “The new baby weighed more than Lucas at birth! The baby’s name has not been decided yet. Nic will choose it!”
Reporters congratulated Patrick on becoming a grandfather again. Patrick thanked the press and added that Nic will be staying at the hospital to take care of Cecilia. Patrick was uncertain as to when Cecilia will be leaving the hospital, as it will depend on her recovery rate.
Cecilia’s visitors included Albert Yeung Sai Sing (owner of EEG), Jennifer Tse Ting Ting (Nic’s sister) and her boyfriend, Andy On Chi Kit. Nic’s mother, Deborah Dik, and her boyfriend Kong also visited.
In 2006, Cecilia Cheung and Nicholas Tse got married. In August 2007, Cecilia gave birth to their first son, Lucas. Since the birth of Lucas, Cecilia has faded from acting and has been a devoted mother. Allegedly, Cecilia selected May 12th to give birth to the second baby via caesarean section, since the date was an auspicious date. Feng Shui masters noted that due to the baby’s birth date, his life is destined for fortune and fame, as well as surrounded by people who will greatly assist him in life.
Jayne: Nic Tse did not say anything to the media yet about the new baby. As usual, it’s Patrick who revealed all the juicy details to reporters. Will post more details (and hopefully photos) soon as the story develops further.
I can sense the media chaos, as all the reporters are trying to have the breaking story on Cecilia’s second baby. Deborah and Patrick seem to enjoy the attention!

Congrats to Nic & Cecilia! And to Lucas too for having a new baby brother to dote upon
Patrick and Deborah as usual are hogging the limelight, but one can’t help but get the feeling they are trying to deflect the media’s near obsessive attention away from their son and his family in order to protect Nic, Cecilia, Lucas and their new grandchild.
I always have the sense that both Patrick and Deborah are very devoted to Nic regardless of the various rumoured conflicts between Patrick and Nic reported by the media previously.
Perhaps this is due to their guilt in the fact that their marital breakup so late in life may have affected both Nic and Jennifer. Just my opinion though.
Congrats to Nic and Cecilia as well as Nic’s parents on the birth of their 2nd child. I am not sure about the birth date since I don’t really believe in that stuff.
Actually, I am glad that Patrick shared the details because sooner or later, people will know. Therefore, I don’t understand what is there to hide? It is a joyous occasion anyways…

To Melissa, Jennifer is Nic’s younger sister. Nic’s parents had 2 kids, just Nic and his sister. I think their divorce really affected them. I heard that Patrick is dating a girl that is Jennifer(his daughter)’s age! I can’t believe that…
