Cherie Ying Choi Yee and Jordan Chan Siu Chun got married on February 14th in Las Vegas, USA. The couple’s marriage photos surfaced in Shanghai on March 2, 2010.

Due to their sixteen year age difference, Cherie and Jordan’s relationship has often been looked upon negatively by the public. Cherie said, “Nowadays, men retain a youthful attitude while women mature early. Thus the age gap does not matter. Why should we care what the outside world thinks? Since we got married, Jordan has treated me like a princess and I am becoming more like a woman.”

At “The Ever Shining Star Tour” press conference, Cherie was radiating happiness. She praised Jordan and compared him to cartoon character, Snoopy. “Snoopy is an honest character and is a good and helpful friend. With his blank eyes, Jordan resembles Snoopy a little. Although he may not talk much, he is a positive person and brings joy to the people around him.”

Hong Kong Wedding Banquet to be Held Later in 2010

Cherie and Jordan’s wedding banquet will be held later in the year in Hong Kong. Allegedly, Cherie will be banning Jordan’s rumored ex-girlfriend, Cecilia Cheung Pak Chi, from attending the banquet. Cherie responded, “The invitation list has not been finalized yet.”

Many speculate that Cherie and Jordan’s marriage was due to Cherie’s alleged pregnancy. Cherie denied the pregnancy rumors, “We do not plan on having a baby yet. But I accidentally conceive, that’s fine too.”
