Edwin Siu Avoids Watching Priscilla Wong’s Bed Scenes

Edwin Siu (蕭正楠), Kristal Tin (田蕊妮), Louis Yuen (阮兆祥), Grace Chan (陳凱琳), and more went to Macau to promote their upcoming TVB drama Brother’s Keeper II <巨輪II>, which premieres this coming Monday. The drama, produced by Amy Wong (王心慰), is a continuation of the 2013 series of the same name.

In Macau, the cast visited the famous Ruins of St. Paul’s and passed out peanut candy to fans. They then took their promo event indoors, where the cast played games and greeted the press. Grace, however, went backstage soon after the event was over and did not give interviews. She spoke through her rep that she was not feeling well.

Edwin Siu Still Remembers Priscilla Wong’s Intimate Scenes with Bosco Wong

brothers-keeper-2-still-1Besides Macau, the Brother’s Keeper II team also spent a few weeks in Okinawa Island to shoot part of the series on location. Edwin shared that his romance with Grace will blossom from their meeting in Okinawa.

Asking if he had many intimate bed scenes with Grace on the show, Edwin laughed and said, “Not at all!” (But it looks like you guys had a lot in the trailer.) “That’s because the editors added all our [bed] scenes in the trailer, so it looks like we had a lot! Honestly, the scenes are not extreme at all, but it is true that I don’t do intimate scenes of that scale very often.”

Did Edwin have to “report” to girlfriend Priscilla Wong (黃翠如) about his scenes with Grace? “It’s not necessary. She also had intimate scenes with Bosco Wong (黃宗澤) before. I still remember them! Haha!”

Edwin then clarified that intimate scenes with other actors come with the profession, so they will not pursue or pester each other about them. He later added with a chuckle, “But in the end both of us will selectively avoid watching each other’s bed scenes.”

Kristal Tin Calls Grace Chan a “Demon Girl”

When asked about her most memorable scene in Brother’s Keeper II, Kristal quickly answered, “I had a scene where I was swimming in the open sea. Even my stunt double was having a hard time. In the end, I swam from 9 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon. I asked a seafarer if there were sharks, and he said of course! That’s when I got really scared!”

On the topic of Grace’s participation in the series, reporters pointed out that Grace’s villainous role could potentially steal the limelight of Kristal’s “Chan-kai Ying”. Is Kristal worried?

“Of course not,” she said. “I’m not suited to play [Grace’s] role and she is not suited to play my role. Even if I was as young as her I don’t think I’ll be able to do her role. She is a very attractive demon girl.” (What ‘girl’ are you then?) “I am a middle [aged] girl!”

    1. @harusan What’s wrong with your choice of words. It’s very rude.

Anyway, the first series survived mainly because of Ruco and Kristal. You can choose not to watch it anyway. No need to keyboard attack and cursing the person who dont even know you exist.
