It has been three months since Chinese superstars Fan Bingbing (范冰冰) and Li Chen (李晨) officially went public with their relationship. Undisturbed by the public’s reception, The Empress of China <武則天> costars are often photographed together on cozy dates, and are currently filming a reality television show together.
A netizen on Weibo revealed that Fan Bingbing and Li Chen are currently thinking about buying a new home together, sparking marriage rumors. The couple have been spotted visiting real estate agencies over the last few months. An interior designer also claimed that he has received a request to design Bingbing’s new home, but is unsure if her new home is for her marriage.
According to these string of rumors, Bingbing and Li Chen are very close to tying the knot, as the couple have already sorted out the finances for their upcoming wedding. A source close to Bingbing revealed that Bingbing plans to have children after her marriage; thus, she would retire as an actress, opting to stay behind-the-scenes as a producer instead.
However, none of these rumors are verifiable. Both Li Chen and Bingbing remain committed to their current acting projects and have not been showing signs of wanting to slow down any time soon.
