Him Law Denies Cheating on Tavia Yeung With Ex-Girlfriend
Since their “car shaking” scandal, Tavia Yeung (楊怡) and Him Law’s (羅仲謙) dating headlines have only become more dramatic. A recent rumor claimed that Him had signed a management contract with TVB in exchange for Tavia to win the TV Queen award. A recent tabloid accused Him of seeing his ex-girlfriend in Beijing behind Tavia’s back. Both Tavia and Him were quick to shoot down the rumors.
A day after the tabloid report was published, Tavia posted on her Weibo that she was awakened by a phone call earlier, and jokingly pointed out that she is lucky to be featured on the cover of many magazines during the “gossipy” months leading up to the TVB Anniversary Awards. She wrote, “Why does the media like to keep recycling old news to generate sales? Why can’t the media report healthy topics to the Hong Kong people, instead of creating false rumors which will affect their mental health?” Tavia went further and said,” Oh well, I forgive you guys for creating something out of nothing and I will send you a healthy breakfast along with some warm sunshine to cheer everyone up.”
During the same afternoon of Tavia’s posting, Him also posted on his Weibo, “Recently, certain magazines love to write stories exclusively for me. Besides thanking them, I don’t have any other response. I guess it’s okay to appear on the magazine covers once in a while, I will just treat them as promotions for my movie or TV series.” A followup posting on Tavia’s weibo said, “People who spread rumors are gossipmongers. These false rumors will rot in time.”

Her career is basically entitled to TVB especially at her age 33 as a female artiste, while Him is at the prime age to launch his movie career and has the popularity from TVB and car shaking scandal to launch himself anew. At 28 as a male artiste, he has a lot more time for more opportunities.

I already suspected one that is Anon but I never in my life suspected the other 2. And I understand there are several Lol or lol or the variations so I hope it is indeed as lol and not other variations. I am however disappointed with the other name posted who I have been replying to in a friendly manner. I never knew and I hope it is someone else posting as that name, that person. Come to think of it my email is public knowledge at my blog, so those who know must be those who has been there and looked around and made a huge guess.

I’ll give the other 2 the benefit of the doubt. They could be different people sharing the same IP behind a router. If a router is set to NAT, several people behind the router can go to net but, they will have the same IP.
Agree with Kidd, besides, there are proxies and VPNS or ISPs using dynamic IPs, there may be a chance of your IPs being the same. Check mine, I connect through a VPN or proxy, and who knows, maybe my IP matches someone elses, but as far as I know, I’m one person.

I think Tavia collaborate with the magazines to create noise for her Tv Queen award this year. It’s too pretty for a coincidence to have Tavia’s face in every cover magazines right before the airing of Prominent Family. Him Law goes along because it can give him publicity too. That’s why Tavia and Him Law are thanking the magazines and sounds happy to be in magazine covers.

I’ve been a silent reader all along. I’m starting to realize that every time Tavia is the focal point or simply mentioned, there are plentiful of hate and dislike. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a fan of hers, just curious as why this is? I mean she isn’t a prolific actress like some divas out there, but her acting isn’t to the point where she needs to be placed in dirt. Also, since when did an actress’s cosmetic adjustments relate to her acting skills? And finally, the scandal in the car…ugh the rest of the world will never know what really happened aside from those two…

I just pitty for her to keep her clear image for long time to lose it in 30 minute of car scandal. No matter she did or not, but her mistake is to have Him taking her home. She can ask Sharon or other friend or her Mom. Her Mom is still young to drive at night to pick her up. Also she must know she should keep herself be healthy and good images among friends. I’ve no idea how Tavia’s mind works; she could be generating publicity or it could genuinely be an unfortunate event. Not ALL artists lack dignity and self-respect, so why should Tavia have to accept it IF it’s not true? Also, we’ve no clue as to what goes on behind closed doors and how much influence management has over them.
The idea that “any publicity is good publicity” is sad to see as it just reinforces the fact that fame and infamy are practically synonymous these days. Also, isn’t HK generally more conservative than the west? Not all publicity is good. (Bit off-topic here, but I remember the Edison Chen scandal and I was disgusted at the fact that Gillian had to apologise. I’m no fan of hers, but why?! She was the victim!)
