Jamie Chik Mei Chun and Ray Lui Leung Wai were filming an outdoor scene for “Born Rich” 《富貴門》. Despite an third party involvement in their marriage, Jamie and Ray mended their relationship. The pair strolled in the park to reflect upon their marriage. The pair gave professional performances and the scene was completed in one take. The cast and crew were able to get off work early.

Absent from the entertainment industry for many years, Jamie admitted that she had to make an adjustment during initial filming of “Born Rich.” Fortunately, Jamie’s husband, Michael Miu Kiu Wai provided encouragement and she was able to adjust quickly.

Earlier, there were rumors that Jamie and Ray refused to accept last minute filming notices. Jamie denied the rumors. “The schedule for filming ‘Born Rich’ has not been that difficult. Due to the large cast, the filming is spread evenly. There is not much need for last minute filming notices. In the past, when I was filming ‘The Smiling Proud Wanderer,’ and another 60 episode series, the filming requirements were a lot more strenuous. Physically, it was difficult to cope with.”

Will Jamie film another television series after “Born Rich?” Jamie replied, “I am not sure yet. I’ll finish filming ‘Born Rich’ and take a rest first.”

Ray Lui also denied the fact that he refused last minute filming notices for extra scenes. He said that perhaps the Producer was concerned about his lack of rest, thus gave him additional breaks.
