Kate Tsui Denies Sparks With Ex-Flame, Leon Lai
Since Kate Tsui (徐子珊) is one of the top contenders to win the coveted TV Queen award this year, Kate’s rumors have continued to be featured in tabloids. Recent reports claim that Kate has reignited sparks with former flame, Leon Lai (黎明), who recently ended his 4-year marriage with model, Gaile Lok (樂基兒).
Kate and Leon met in 2005 during a commercial shoot, but their relationship did not progress any further because Leon began dating Gaile. It was reported that Kate was devastated and took some time to move on. However, Kate and Leon brushed shoulders again earlier this year and now rumors are swirling that sparks are once again flying between them.
Kate was quick to deny the reports and claims regarding Leon, stating that they have not seen each other since the commercial shoot many years ago.
“I can’t believe there are such ridiculous reports out there. They are not even true and was all made up, even the photos were photoshopped! I will need to understand the situation when I return to Hong Kong,” Kate claimed that the photo collaboration with Leon was falsified.
The media finds it oddly coincidental that Leon and Kate were both recently in China for separate promotional events, especially when Kate recently broke up with her rumored boyfriend, eye doctor, Marvin Tse (謝偉業), while Leon is still in the process of moving on from his divorce.

There were old rumours of KATE using relationship with LEON to get famous many years ago.
The media is at it again as usual. I don’t believe this news one bit. They’re throwing Kate into the spotlight because she’s a hot contender for the BA award. Do they really think we’re dumb?
It’s because some of us are dumb enough to believe and be interested in the things we read in the media that makes them continue in writing up bullsh*t 🙂
I’m not surprised at all given that Kate is crazy of money all the times. So, falling in love with leon is not beyond reality.
Lol Kate is soon coming out with a new movie, so if it can help her movie then bring it on. After HAL then people really love to put her in the spotlight.

It’s the matter of how much media can sell and how attractive is the news, I don’t see the fire at the moment but smoke is still out and even Linda Chung said Leon is her prince but none of the reporters dig into this issue. It’s the matter of selling, Kate’s news can attract better, especially for those who hates her.
She’s at a good point in her career and she’s still attractive….don’t need to look back at Leon who is a memory of the past…old and overweight.
