Kenneth Ma Will “Either Get Married or Break Up” with Jacqueline Wong
Kenneth Ma (馬國明) doesn’t like to talk about his love life, but he humored the reporters nonetheless when he was asked about his relationship with Jacqueline Wong (黃心穎) at a recent Christmas event.
Last week, The Exorcist’s Meter <降魔的> actor shared that he plans on spending his Christmas holidays working. When reporters pointed out that he would be neglecting his girlfriend, Kenneth said, “She would also be busy working. She needs to earn more money for her apartment. Everyone knows this. Right now, I’m thinking about what to give her for Christmas. I’ll go home and think about it.”
Asking if this is Kenneth’s way of officially confirming Jacqueline as his girlfriend, he said, “I don’t think it’s necessary for me to be so clear on everything. Basically, if our next step isn’t marriage, then it’s a breakup. (Are you confidant?) I don’t know, but she’s very easy to get along with. It’s all about personality to me. Looks don’t matter.”
The 43-year-old said he plans on taking Jacqueline to a vacation soon, as he will be filming a new drama this coming February. “We never went on a vacation before,” he said. As for where they are going, Kenneth said, “Anywhere that will make us happy!” Has he met her parents yet? “Not yet, but maybe this coming Lunar New Year.”
Kenneth and Jacqueline will be seen together in TVB’s upcoming drama Deep in the Realm of Conscience <宮心計2·深宮計>.
