After the broadcast of mainland drama, Bu Bu Jing Xin <步步驚心>, Kevin Cheng’s (鄭嘉穎) popularity soared in China. Allegedly, mainland companies paid Kevin $160,000 Yuan per episode in filming fees. Aside from his market value in China, Kevin also had the chance to win the TV King award in Hong Kong for his performance in Ghetto Justice <怒火街頭> as “Law Ba.”
Kevin’s new found wealth may have stirred a fiery full-body itch within him. Currently filming Ghetto Justice 2, Kevin allegedly may be intensely attracted to his costar, Christine Kuo (苟芸慧), who possessed a 34C figure. On October 21st, after drinking several cups of beer during filming, Kevin made a move. Unfortunately Christine turned him down and said, “I think he drank a bit too much.” Poor Kevin!
Forty-one-year-old Kevin Cheng’s career was revived this year after his series became popular hits in both Hong Kong and mainland China. Googled her bio and just realized she’s from Taiwan. Taiwan has some of the most gorgeous and naturally elegant beauties I’ve ever seen. From the 80s/90s, there were the talented film actresses Brigitte Lin, Joey Wong, etc. And from the current breed of Taiwan actresses, her elegance reminds me of Lin Chi Ling, Ady An, and the Taiwanese actress that was in BBJX.

Hm… Acting wise – Aimee is a better actress. Only better compared to Christine, I still find she’s not fully natural with her acting and sometimes its OTT.
Look wise – Yes, Christine is better looking and has really nice skin!
Cantonese wise – Aimee speaks better, but that’s obvious since (I am assuming) Christine didn’t speak Cantonese before and had to learn from scratch. Aimee still needs to work on her Cantonese though.
Conclusion – Out of Christine and Aimee, I think I would rather watch Aimee – at least she’s not all wooden and I can understand most of what she says. Christine is just a pretty face I’m afraid. So again, WHY is she in GJ2 from beginning to end??? Gah WHY??

Well, having no close-up pictures of Christine Kuo it is difficult to really assess her looks fairly.However, she does seem attractive enough for the men to admire her and I wouldn’t blame them in the least, especially if they are single.

I personally don’t find her attractive. She is easy on the eyes but there is something about her mouth I don’t like it appears to be small and a little crooked…

I didn’t realize Christine was part of the cast until now. Why does Law Ba have an ex-wife when he already have Wong Sze Fu? It doesn’t make sense unless they were married before the prequel. Either way, I have a feeling this is a serious miscast. She is too new and her Cantonese will be an annoyance to watch. Her voice was not dubbed in Super Snoop. She played a Taiwanese in the series, so, her accent was appropriate for the role. I like her in Super Snoop, she was quite funny. But, I don’t know if she can handle a major serious role or not.
