Married for 22 years, Michael Miu (苗僑偉) and Jamie Chik (戚美珍) remain a loving couple. They are often spotted going out together and enjoying the company of their friends. Michael and Jamie even share a joint Weibo account, in which they maintain a lively exchange with their close friends and fans.
Taking a filming break from TVB drama, A Good Heart Goes Haywire <好心作怪> last night, Michael had a low-profile date with Jamie. The couple dined at good friend, Jazz Lam’s (林子善) new cafe.
Jazz’s cafe opened its doors to customers on August 26. Michael Miu attended the cafe’s grand opening ceremony, along with his TVB artists, Natalie Tong (唐詩詠), Christine Kuo (苟芸慧), Janet Chow (周家蔚), and Toby Leung (梁靖琪). Although Jazz’s first love remains to be acting, he invested in a seven-figure sum as a joint-owner of the cafe with his friends.
Jazz said, “I hope to earn back my investment within three to six months. I wished to continue the culture of cafes in Hong Kong. In the past, my father was also a cafe owner; I finally understand the hard efforts that he had put in.”
Jazz Lam wore a waiter’s outfit yesterday when he greeted Michael Miu and Jamie Chik, escorting them to the back of the cafe where there was more privacy in seating for the couple. Michael ordered a light meal of sandwiches and cold drinks for his dinner. Michael’s presence quickly attracted a gathering of pedestrians around him.
When Michael and Jamie left, they waved earnestly to their fans. Michael said good-naturedly, “Each time I eat out, you know about it!”

not easy to maintain a loving relationship in a long run but more so for them as actor and actresses. Both of them was my favourite when i was younger and i’m glad to see them so happy even at this age.
THey are one of the most golden couples from the circle and I really admire their long lasting love and devotion to each other. They are also one of the really rare onscreen and off screen couples which is even more rare…
