Model Plastic Surgery: Lynn Hung, Gaile Lok, Chrissie Chau, and Janice Man

Lynn Hung

Aaron Kwok’s girlfriend, Lynn Hung, appears to have received extensive plastic surgery, including her eyes, nose, jaw, and chest. Lynn’s looks today are a complete transformation for her modeling days in Nanjing!

Gaile Lok

Leon Lai’s wife, Gaile Lok, once openly admitted that she had received breast augmentation to become a C-cup size. However, Gaile allegedly may have removed her breast implants shortly afterward, or possibly downgraded to a smaller size to appear more “natural.” However, Gaile appears to be naturally blessed with sexy, bee stung lips.

In addition, Gaile may have received rhinoplasty, or surgical enhancement of one’s nose. Rhinoplasty is popular in the modeling industry. A well proportioned nose anchors the features for the rest of the face. A western beauty ideal such as a high nose bridge, well sculpted nose tip, and pinched nostrils appear to have become a standard that numerous Chinese celebrities aim for.

Chrissie Chau

The topic of whether Chrissie Chau’s breasts are real or fake is often discussed, distracting us from Chrissie’s face, which may have received a rhinoplasty procedure. Compared to photos of Chrissie when she was a teenager, her current nose appears visibly more sculpted with reduce nostril flare.

Janice Man

Along with Angelababy, Janice Man is one of Hong Kong most popular “leng mos” (beautiful models). When Janice first started out in the modeling agency, she was quite cute. To make her career bigger, Janice went under the knife to restructure her nose, chasing after the pointy, chiseled nose that every model seems to lust after.

Janice Man’s rhinoplasty procedure may be considered largely successful, as the results look great and indeed her face is very striking!

Jayne: Rhinoplasty, along with double eyelid surgery, add such dramatic changes to the face. Rhinoplasty is more common among Hong Kong celebrities than we think! For the above models, I do believe they went under the knife for permanent changes to their nose (shape looks dramatically different) rather than for minor enhancement through hyaluronic acid injections.

  1. always taking about plastic surgery, comparing old pictures to new pictures do make a lot different. it might not because of surgery but make up improvement. make up can change the shape of our face.

    1. I don’t think that make up can do THAT much…. Lynn Xiong’s was the biggest shock. I wonder if Aaron knows how she looked before??

      1. Look at Aaron’s body. A girl’s gotta do what she can to match him. Even though Lynn is taller than ah Wong, I still think he’s better looking than her.

      2. I can say if their son looks like him with her height, we shall have another superstar. For the girl, his height ok and HIS looks with her skin… should be ok. I mean Aaron is pretty too…

      3. Most MALE CELEBRITIES from Hongkong is just ‘SHORT’ – Aaron (around 5 feet 6 inches), Eric Tsang (5 feet 1.5 inches), Wong Cho Lam (5 feet 3 inches),Tony Leung Chiu Wai (5 feet 5.5 inches). Average height of a male from Hong kong is 5 feet 6 inches. The concept that the height of 5’ 9” is neither short nor tall, for a man. Men who are simply an inch shorter, at 5’ 8”, are often considered to be short.

        Interestingly:
        Jackie Chan 172cm(claim 179cm!!!!!!)
        Andy Lau 170cm max(listed 174cm)
        Tony Leung 168cm max(listed 175cm)
Jet Li 163/164 max (listed 169cm but much shorter than 172cm Jackie Chan)

      4. “The concept that the height of 5’ 9” is neither short nor tall, for a man. Men who are simply an inch shorter, at 5’ 8”, are often considered to be short.”

This is an unsuitable concept to be applied to Asian region where the average people is shorter than Caucasian.

      5. Asian stars, if you see height details, minus at least 2 inches.

      6. Here is a list of some of the famous American actors and their height:

        Danny DeVito, 5′ 0″,Paul Williams 5′ 2″, Dudley Moore 5′ 2½”, Mickey Rooney 5′ 3″,
Emilio Estevez, Richard Dreyfus, andJason Alexander are the same height: 5’4″

        Michael J. Fox: 5’5″,
Dustin Hoffman,Elijah Wood,Martin Short,Henry Winkler, Jack Black, and Woody Allen are the same height: 5’6″

Tom Cruise, Al Pacino, Martin Sheen,Robin Williams,Ben Stiller, Christian Slater, and are the same height: 5’7″

I will not be too quite to judge regarding famous Hong Kong actors are short. There are famous short actors around the world only if you open your eyes margaret! I didn’t capitalize your name for a reason.

      7. @margaret, U R DUMB and quite IGNORANT, then again, I don’t expect much from someone with low IQ like you. before you mention about Hollywood stars, you should do a little research before shooting off that nasty mouth. Bet you are the type that beats up by your husband daily in order to shut your mouth!

    2. AAron has got a perfect face. They said the both sides of his face is sysmetrical

    3. Dwarfism are common in most male Hongkong celebrities – singers/actors/comedian like Aaron. No wonder they befriend tall models/actress/singers to balance their short genes. And significantly noticeable is most of these male artistes in the entertainment circle prefer having partners/spouse with extensive plastic surgery boob done – perhaps they don’t mind it is fake – can see/lick but cannot squeeze!

      1. Aaron Kwok is not suffering from dwarfism. Nor does hosts like Conan O’brien suffering from gigantism or whatever you call that. He is just short. Please get the facts straight.

      2. Are most men in Malaysia dwarfs then? Aaron is not shorter than the average Malaysian male.

Can’t believe someone from Malaysia can say Aaron is short when most Malaysian aren’t that tall.

      3. Well, coz “perfect” model now is big boobs and skinny body. When your body is skinny, real boobs can not be that big, so they need the “help” of plastic surgery.

      4. When one is just short – they are most often refer to ‘ai chai’ aka dwarfism whatever it is – not just short but dwarfish!

      5. Sigh. Dwarfism refer to those people who are around 3 – 4 feet, and have giant heads, and disproportionate. 5’6″ IS NOT dwarfism.
5’6″ is actually the average height of men in many countries. So unless you live in a colony of tall people..
        Get your facts straight.

      6. Margaret if 5 feet and above is dwarfism then almost everyone in Asia, especially in Malaysia and HK suffers from that. Dwarfism is usually for 4 feet plus and below. There is an accepted standard.

      7. haha Funn,

Poor us the Malaysians then 🙁 for being labelled as dwaft hehe

Anyway my partner told me that LF isn’t that tall because he’s seen him in person. LF was standing besides in STAR HILL attending some promotions last time.

My partner is only 5’10” and he said LF is even shorter than him.

      8. I never thought LF was anywhere near 5 10. At all. 5 6 perhaps?

      1. These are celebrities. Significantly most of them is SHORT and that is the FACT! SHORT STATURE aka ‘AI CHAI’! and if there is place to make their taller, other than enhance their look – for sure they will lengthen their legs, too! Get your facts straight, too. Hollywood may not exactly be the land of Lilliput, but it does seem to be a place where heights are enhanced every bit as much as egos, salaries and selected body parts.”

      2. Short != dwarfism (especially if the person is above 5 feet)

This is FACT. Celebs and non-celebs does not have different standard in height.

  2. I dunno if they have had surgery but the majority of professional photos are photoshopped to make the models slimmer or better skin etc. So it’s a bit unfair to compare candid photos with studio photos.

    1. THat is true, but then again is it fair to compare no make up versus with make up photos?? We never truly know how they really look since they usually have make up on as well and that also helps to enhance their looks as well..

      1. I guess compare makeup is quite fair as the celebs often wore makeup all the time when going out. Comparing photoshoped pix with normal pix is more of unfair as we all know what photoshop can do: skin smoother, change the features :). And photoshoped pix are not the real them.

  3. I love plastic surgery gossip! HAHAHA

Lynn Hung’s face shape is the most drastic change. Her breasts are photo shopped in the left picture haha. Gaile looks like she has aged but her nose is definitely mildly refined. Chrissie Chau…is not very pretty in either pictures. Well, she is cute but not so pretty. Honestly, I don’t think she’s done anything from the pictures because it is hard to tell with the pound of makeup she looks like she has on. If she did get stuff done…it was quite natural. Lastly, Janice Man–the before and after pictures don’t do her rhinoplasty justice haha

  4. I thought Aaron said he would not accept any plastic dolls, LOL

    1. Msybe he did not know about it before?? Then now that he has dated for her and has loved her, I guess even if he finds out now, he no longer cares???

    2. So Lynn Hung is not a natural beauty afterall! lol

I always thought she’s a rare one.. and her previous pics before the surgery really shocks me.. she had a square jaws..

      1. Very few are these days. Kinda disappointing. Where are all the natural beauties? None joined the entertainment world?

      2. Maybe vivian chow? her childhood pics showed she’s a beauty even when she was still a kid and probably christy chung?

      3. Pictures please! I wanna see natural beauty for HK stars. OK I can name Rosamund Kwan as natural beauty.

      4. Funn,

You can find Vivian’s childhood pics from asianfanatics website and yeah Rosamund kwan is another natural beauty.

Also, it must be painful for lynn to redesigned her jaw..how on earth did she do that??!! how did she removed those excessive skin/meat from the jaw part?!

      5. I think Liu Yi Fei is natural. She already look beautiful in DGSD. I think Leanne Li and Fala are also natural.

      6. unsure about Fala. There were news that she did something to sharpen her jaws and chin

      7. Yeah Liu Yi Fei was already pretty as a baby, a natural and I do think she was far prettier when she was younger though.

      8. Sun Fei Fei is another natural beauty but she is from China. Vivian Chow is natural as well… I think Shui Ling from China is as well since I her childhood photos and her features look pretty much the same…

      9. @Veejay,
I also wonder how did Lynn Xiong change her jaw?? It must have been painful and probably took a lot of work, time and money…. It is a bit disappointed knowing how much she changed…

    3. He cannot remember what he mentioned earlier when his eyes is crushed with such heavy boobies.

  5. Lynn Hung – shocking!

Wonder what the baby will look like? At least the father is good looking.

I notice for asians plastic surgery is more for softening the harsh looks into a more feminine look, much like the Koreans. Some did it just right, like Lynn Hung who also got help from Mr Photoshop as well.Chrissie Chau and Janice Man are the least. Just a matter of minor tweaking and lots of good make up tips.

And all of them are already slim.

  6. I always wonder if Chrissie had a nose job. Her early photos show that her nose is big and flat but now in movies, she looks prettier. I always wonder and I guess she had some work done. For some celebrities that I have a feeling that they had their nose job look like they can’t breathe through their nose.

    1. Many asians want a high nose which is what Eurasians usually have due to their mixed blood. However, the full blooded ones aren’t born naturally with it so have to get plastic surgery to make it look the way they want it to.

      1. I had rewatch virtue harmony II and I don’t think Linda got any work done. But do you think she ever did anything to her nose? But I realized Michael Tse got some work done. I think it was when he was promoted to be a lead actor.

  7. Woah all of them look like “Ci Bengs” in the before shots.

  8. these days there are not that many true beauty without plastic surgeries. i often thought lynn hung is a natural beauty oh my God!

    1. I did too and was VERY shocked by how much work she got done…WOW, she seemed to change as much as Viann did…

  9. The only thing I can recognise is Lynn Hung’s nose! The plastic surgeon did such a great job! Wonder what Aaron’s kid will look like…lol…

  10. Wow like what others have said, Lynn Hung’s transformation seem the most drastic…hmm so the question is is hers more drastic or Angelababy? haha

  11. That’s what Lynn Hong looked like!? Would not have recognized her. Chrissie Chau looks the same except the nose. Gaile Lok looks similar as well.

  12. My list of natural beauty:
Michelle Reis, Gigi Lai, Crystal Liu, Christy Chung, Gillian Chung, Shi Kay. Ah Sa and Cecilia looks natural but I notice their jaw and nose shaped differently now.

    1. Didn’t Gillian Chung admit she is using botox to make her chin sharper?

      1. Gillian did used botox to make her chin sharper and legs + arms slimmer. The overly use of botox made her age so much in the past few years. Ah Sa has lost a great amount of babyfat in the past 10 years so her facial features have become sharper now. She was still carrying lots of babyfat around her face even in her 20’s. I think Cecilia’s facial features are natural, but I don’t know about her boobs. They are slightly too big for her slim figure.

      2. Ceci’s breasts are normal size, especially now–they look like they have shrunk. Gigi lai is definitely a natural.

    2. Ah Sa doesn’t have that beauty factor, let alone natural beauty. She simply doesn’t have those ideal beauty features e.g. Gigi or Christy. So, why is she famous again?

  13. I think Chrissie Chau basically looks quite similar, just have better makeup and maybe, photoshop helped in the second pic. Seeing her in movies, I guess she looks quite similar.

    So do Janice Man.

  14. There is an old saying that goes:

“you can’t make a silk purse from a sow’s ear”

After looking at some of those pictures, I guess we can now say that these old words of wisdom are now false 😛

  15. Lynn Hung did her chest & jaw only from those pictures, others their baby fats may gone so they look better now. Botox is very common among artists to prevent aging so even those didn’t go for plastic surgery they may gone for Botox jams, Andy Lau did admit he go for botox jams so as other natural beauty like Rosamund Kwan also go for Botox jams.

    1. I think Botox injection is okay just to stay firm and elastic for a while but Plastic Surgery (PS) is a permanent change which will stay forever on one’s facial and body.

Lynn really dissapointed me with the dramatic changes, it seems like she can be branded as another Viann, PSS and Angelabay which are so Plassssssssticcc.

    2. Agree. I think Lynn just sculpt her jaw and maybe cheekbone. Her eyes, nose and lips look the same.

Chrissie Chau looks nearly the same in both pictures. Just one with make up and one without.

  16. Botox jam can last for 5 to 7 years without aging after that period of time, it will starts to age even faster so subsequently all this artists may have used botox jams very frequently to maintain their young look!

    1. Thanks for the info and I guess you gain some but lose even more in the long run… I have not heard of those botox jams before and did not know that they can last that long. But I guess you have to pay the price of aging even faster in the long run… You gain some and you lose some so you can’t always get the best of everything.

  17. Lynn for sure had her jaw shaved down – ouch!
She went from square to oval

    1. Imagine without that ‘done’, u think Aaron will even look at her?

      1. Aaron appears to be a Mr Perfect. Like most men, and because they are men, preferably they will choose those beauty with cleavages. If they, men have the $$$ dough and fame, they wont go for ‘Plain JANE’ unless she is so unique.

  18. Botox injection is more dangerously than plastic surgery cos one cannot predict what are the chemical reactions to your blood cells it could harm your body whereas plastic surgery if you are not comfortable they can always remove them, as for sculpting jaw or chin is a permanent job unless if a silicon is inserted, it can be removed again.

    1. I don’t agree that plastic surgery is not as dangerous as botox injections. At least botox injections only last for a period of time while plastic surgery is supposed to last a lot longer time. Also, taking them out may make you look and feel even worse since the “plastic” and other things added into your body has been there for awhile alerady. Then you suddenly take them out… I think that would make your body worse…

      1. Yeah I agree with you HTS, I saw some ppl who have weird face when they grew older. The PS parts where they altered are easily noticed and very visible too.

Some even worse, some are infected with Cancer because of the PS content for example like the silicon inside the boobs pose danger which can caused cancer.

      2. The botox can be more dangerous as if it is injected wrongly, it can cause to death immediately. At the same time, PS has least risk as the surgeons also have to be afraid.

      3. PS can also result in death and other serious problems as well…

      4. Yea, I agree with you Veejay and have seen people that don’t age naturally and you really really notice it… One of my mom’s friends developed cancer after having a failed nose job and is fighting for her life now. She looks worse then she did before the surgery too..

  19. Botox injections are equally danger, there is reporting that people who have injected this injections can’t tolerate the chemical and die.

That is why these silicons have to remove after certain period of time.

  20. Chrissie looks rather similar.

Plus, it was in her teenage years. A lot changes as you reach adulthood.

  21. fake fake fake…

    whatever happened to natural beauties???
