Moses Chan Gets Fit for New TVB Role

Since marrying Aimee Chan (陳茵媺) in 2013, Moses Chan (陳豪) has been enjoying blissful family life. With a happy marriage and three beautiful children, Moses’ idyllic life has caused him to gain weight. When seen in public in recent years, Moses was spotted with a large gut, receding hairline, and excessive weight.

Enjoying four years of family life, Moses will be starring in TVB’s upcoming drama, My Ages Apart <跨世代>, alongside Bobby Au Yeung (歐陽震華) and Ali Lee (李佳芯). To prepare for his role, Moses has been diligently training to shed excess weight and regain his fit physique. The training seemed to be effective, as Moses’ toned body could be made out through his tight-fitting white t-shirt while filming an outdoor scene with Ali recently.

Moses thanked fellow costar Louis Cheung (張繼聰) for sharing his fitness expertise. Moses said, “He is an expert in this area and shared a lot knowledge with me. I’ve been carrying excess weight and haven’t exercised in too long. Now that I’m exercising again, hopefully my frame will still look okay. It is a package; everything works together as a whole; exercising, what to eat, what time to sleep, etc. Fitness is a form of education.”
