Moses Chan’s Son Hates His Stroller

Though Moses Chan (陳豪) is busy with the filming of his TVB drama My Love from the Planet Meow <來自喵喵星的妳>, he still hasn’t forgotten to make time for his family.

Earlier this week on a late afternoon, Moses and his pregnant wife, fellow actress Aimee Chan (陳茵媺), were spotted in downtown Central with their younger son, 1-year-old Nathan. It appears that Moses was dropping Aimee and Nathan off to a doctor’s appointment.

Moses parked his black minivan at the hotel entrance. Aimee got off and prepared a stroller for young Nathan to sit in. Like many toddlers his age, little Nathan refused to sit in the stroller and cried for his father to pick him up. Both Moses and Aimee then put Nathan back in his seat and tied his seatbelt. When Nathan refused to quiet down, Moses bent down to his level and made faces, persuading Nathan to stop crying.

When Nathan finally stopped crying, Moses kissed Aimee on the cheek and left. Three security guards then came to Aimee’s aid and helped her into the hotel.

Aimee is currently pregnant with her third child, due at the end of the month. Her first son with Moses, Aiden, was born in December 2013. Their second son, Nathan, was born in February 2015.

  1. Really love hearing about this family. They seem so sweet and their kids so cute!!! Looking forwarding to meeting baby #3! I have a feeling it’s a girl! But no matter what as long as baby is healthy all is good!

  2. aimee is really amazing to handle 2 young boys and now pregnant with the 3rd **salute**
but she will be out of action for a long time.

    1. @janet72 I think it’s easier to have more kids in Asia as they have helper. 1 helper to cook and another to help with the kids. And Moses seem very hands on so she is lucky. But yes, 3 is not common here in the States! 2 is good!

  3. man if i have 3 kids, i don’t know if i will even have time for my partner. all my love and attention will be entirely focused on the kids.

good thing mo & aimee are rich so they can afford and invest in multiple outlets of assistance. for us measly mortals, this is near impossible. i do not recommend lol.

      1. @coralie

        “back up”?! 🙂

Kids are huge financial/emotional(nurturance and guidance)/physical (energy level to keep up) responsibilities, not insurance policies … My traditional-minded mom thinks the same. (if A doesn’t work out, you have B,C and D etc)

Imo, all you need is ONE kid with the heart in the right place, and conscience.

      2. @nomad822 lol i say “back up” as a joke, but i do think having 2 kids is best just so the first kid gets some companionship and learns how to live with another child in the family. also prevents the “little emperor” or “princess disease” problem.

      3. @coralie when there is a sibling, there is companionship between them. An only child will be used to having lots of attention. I see a bond between my kids…of course they fight…but there is a closeness between them.

    1. @coralie you got it! when you have money, you can hire HELPERS…for housework, cooking and nanny. most important, you must have a partner who loves children and not spend time after work in front of the TV.

      1. @janet72 :

“most important, you must have a partner who loves children and not spend time after work in front of the TV.”

True! Actually it’s beyond TV – probably laptop, PC and gaming these days. Nic Tse was also supposedly in the gamer category.

IF you have one of these specimens for a husband = 1) much better to have affordability for a helper to maintain some multi-tasking sanity, and 2) for husband NOT to be cheap too, to want to hire a helper. (some cheap dudes actually think you’re a SAHM anyway – why do you need household help?)

Otherwise, the resentment level goes up many notches if you have that ‘adult kid’ parked in front of the TV/PC and it’s all a one-woman show.

You see these families sometimes in the food court/restaurants. Mom not eating at akk, juggling and trhing to feed all 2-3 kids; while husband calmly slowly enjoying his meal, while checking his cell phone/reading newspapers etc.

      2. @nomad822 those men who want kids but don’t help at home are jerks. Doesn’t mean that wife is SAHM means handle everything. The men also play a part to create the child.

  4. can’t blame the kid for not likey his stroller…who wants to get strapped down? cute kid btw, looks exactly like mommy

  5. Gotta give it to Aimee for sacrificing her career for a family. Take Yang Mi and Hawick for example. Both are workaholics.

    1. @tiffany hawick can afford to look after the family…kids grow so fast. if yang mi continues to work long hours away from daughter and hubby, the marriage will give way.
