Myolie Wu (胡杏兒)and Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣)were filming for new TVB series Happy House, Hidden Dragon <樂府藏龍>. The scene spoke of Myolie dressing as a man and her female identity was discovered. Myolie said, “In the series, I work as servant. A crazy man burst forth and in the chaos, Linda felt my chest. Although my chest was felt by another woman, I felt very nervous!”
In addition, TVB was still plagued by the strike of its temporary artists. TVB’s Deputy Director of the External Affairs, Tsang Sing Ming (曾醒明) said, “The issue was set for closure on May 13th. Last week, TVB met with the temporary workers’ companies and they were willing to consider the terms. As a result, the decision has been postponed to May 18th. During this incident, we have to thank the Performing Artists Guild in referring temporary workers to us.” A netizen speculated that TVB was interested in opening a company to promote extras. Mr. Tsang said, “An internal staff member made this suggestion since TVB had the qualifications to pursue this service. However, the idea was shelved after consideration.”

they both look terrible. for the life of me, i never understood what TVB was doing with them, they don’t pass in talent/acting nor looks to be a celebrity. not close to star quality. thats why i have to stay away from TVB for good bit whenever they show up. just my thoughts. dont be offended.
I agree with you! I don’t understand why Linda is so popular. If you look closely at her features, her nose is too big for her, and her skin is pretty bad. She’s like a Chinese Jennifer Aniston, only attractive from the make-up and the outfits. As for Myolie, the only thing she’s up by Linda is her acting is better.
Myolie acting is certainly not better actually she tends to overdramatize her scenes. I guess it depends on the eye of the beholder, but yeah Linda got a big nose. However at least she is natural unlike many other actresses out there. The most important thing is that her acting is among the best compared to the other fadans.

I always thought Linda was quite pretty although her innocent girl image is kinda boring. I never noticed that her nose was bigger compared to her other features until you guys mentioned it. It’s true that’s it’s big, but she’s still pretty.

Definitely agree! Apparently, if TVB wants to promote someone – despite lack of talent, mediocre looks or whatever else is lacking – that person is plain lucky. TVB is all about who THEY favour and these so-called fadens that they’ve become are just plain lucky. If people claim they work hard – who doesn’t work hard?? TVB has lost all credibility and respect many many years ago.
TVB is so obsessed with making woman turn into man but the thing is they never make it convincing. Enough with having girls in Relic of Emissary turn into guys while still look like girls.
The girl in Coffee Prince did so much better at being a ‘guy’ compare to TVB actresses.

Yes, he did talk about his love life in an RTHK interview before. But, he didn’t give any names. I remember he said there was one girl inside the industry he dated, broke up, reconcile, and broke up again. Don’t know who she is. That was very early in his career.
Btw, he’s a fan of Gui Lun Mei. That’s the type of girl he likes.

I agree with your choice on Mandy Wong. However, I have a feeling TVB will not be promoting her very highly though. Yoyo’s roles have always been the same, nothing outside of your confort zone. As for Fala,Linda,Niki, I am already tired of looking at them and can’t stand their acting.

Give them a break! Filming takes a real toll on the body, and even though they’re both young, serious lack of sleep/rest will show on the face.
I appreciate that I can see their real faces, with minimal makeup, and be reminded that artists are after all normal human beings with all their physical flaws.
I’m so glad neither of them have changed their outward appearance. At any rate, I hope they don’t later succumb to societal pressure and go under the knife.

I am a fan of Linda’s and always thought she was pretty ok with her acting. As for her nose, well its not that bad but I really like her anyway. However, don’t like Myolie at all and her voice annoys me a bit.
