Sales presentation filming for the third installment of the mega hit, Rosy Business <巾幗梟雄> franchise is still underway. Scriptwriter Ip Kwong Yam (葉廣蔭) recently revealed on his Weibo that the third installment is tentatively titled, Rosy Business: The Heroes of Espionage <巾幗梟雄之諜血雌雄>.
In an earlier interview, producer Lee Tim Sing (李添勝) revealed that Rosy Business 3 will be a romantic drama that takes place during the turbulent 1920’s of Republican China, and it will largely focus on the characters portrayed by Wayne Lai (黎耀祥), Myolie Wu (胡杏兒), and Edwin Siu (蕭正楠). Both Wayne and Myolie portray special agents for the government, and Edwin portrays the leader of a powerful triad in Guangzhou.
At the promotional clip filming on October 14, Natalie Tong (唐詩詠) disclosed that she will be portraying a Han traitor who will attempt to assassinate Myolie’s character. Natalie said, “I am thrilled to be able to have an opportunity to partake in the Rosy Business franchise. I’ve worked with Wayne and Edwin before in Detective Columbo <神探哥倫布>. I am sure that we will have a lot of chemistry.” Natalie also revealed that she will share the most scenes with Myolie and Edwin. To prepare for her role, Natalie watched the espionage thriller films, Lust, Caution <色，戒> and The Message <风声>.
Edwin was asked if he felt pressured to lead a drama with Wayne and Myolie. He said, “Not really. I’ve worked with Wayne Lai several times before, and he’s a very nice guy. I feel more pressure working with Myolie though, but I will use this pressure as my driving force.”
Myolie appeared at the filming dressed in a Peking opera outfit. Myolie’s makeup took almost three hours to apply, and she did not dare to talk too much as the wig glued to her sides may fall off from too much movement. Myolie said, “This looks reminds me of Liza Wang (汪明荃)!” As to whether she had asked for some opera singing and dancing tips from Liza, Myolie said, “No, but we had an opera master on set to teach me!”
Sire Ma (馬賽), Eric Li (李天翔), Susan Tse (謝雪心), and Henry Lee (李成昌), also took part in filming Rosy Business 3’s sales promotion trailer, in which they portrayed a royal Manchurian family.

She’s too skinny imo, that make her lose chances from being promoted to the first lead.
She’s already first lead in Detective Columbus. But her acting is not good.
I heard its because TVB is lack of fadans, that is why she was pushed to lead in DC. Anyways, besides being a loud character always,.. I can’t remember any memorable scene from her.
I don’t think being skinny will hinder her chances. TVB loves skinny actresses. All those former beauty pageant contestant-turn actresses started out with flesh in their body. But, they will all become thin after working in TVB.
Tracy Chu has not even joined the entertainment industry, but, already have to make herself stick thin. I think she has ok size before her Miss HK training. But, she looks so thin during the finally.

Natalie’s pretty versatile IMO. The only villain role I remember her in is in Tiger Cubs and did okay in that.
Some ppl would like to see some meat atleast on the body and not stick like figure like natalie which make the character less appealing sometimes. Even those 2nd line actress with little meat on the body can look more appealing and attractive than natalie in evening gowns just for example.. natalie isn’t so tall thus that made her less eyes capturing. Look at Linda, Fala, myolie and Kate and TY, all of these young fadans have atleast got the height and bodies that requires to lead a character. Between Aimee and natalie, who u think the audience will prefer to watch if both are wearing bikinis? lol

An actress I would like to see more meat on is Sharon Chan. She’s tall and beautiful, but looks like shes looks anorexic compared to Natalie.

I find Tavia’s face very awkward to watch with her nose. It makes her whole face very weird. Even though Natalie has a more common face, it’s a more pleasing look overall.
HEIGHT ? you gotta be kidding, Linda is around 170 in a few inch heels irl, and standing next to her, I am taller than her, and the rest are about the same, these past few years, I must admit some are getting taller. for example, Cilla Kung, she does have quite the fan base and shes known for being short, what about the other girl, siu yi ?
Speaking of noses, I find Linda’s “witch” nose worse looking than TY’s “Pinocchio”

I’m glad that Linda didn’t try to fix her nose. Her nose match her face well and a little imperfection give’s her look more character.
I have nothing against PS, but I say if you’re gonna get something fixed, do some research before hand.
Perhaps TY should have done more research and found a better plastic surgeon.
I have nothing against plastic surgery too. Some of my friends have gone for plastic surgery and I agree you should look for a reputable surgeon and not just go for the cheapest.
I like Linda with her imperfections too. I think if she tries to get plastic surgery to fix her nose, she might end up looking more like Wu Zun. LOL since they will usually try to fix the bump and hook.
I heard they say those who get PS done will eventually addicted to it. They will keep enhancing their looks with PS and by the time they are ripe old eg.. those PS effect will worn off and skin will become sagging and very obvious.

Oh dear, I can quite imagine the heaving loud sob sob can’t breath sort of crying sounds from Natalie. And even if the character is dramatic on paper, she will make the character even more dramatic.

Lee Tim Sing will mold Myolie here to tone down and deliver beautifully. If Aimee can get praises by Lee Tim Sing’s work, more so Myolie.

Have we not done 巾幗梟雄 to death? Maybe it’s just me but I’ve had enough of it. There’s no improvement in Wayne Lai in the last two series. Same acting. I actually like some of his older series when he’s not the lead.
The setting and themes of this series still sound too similar to RB2 for me. (And if Natalie plays a “Han traitor”, what year is the story set in?) Also not very fond of the tentative title 諜血雌雄, but I suppose things might change since this is just a sales presentation.
I always thought Natalie is beautiful. Skinny? Yes she is but that’s part of their job. Linda, Kate and Moyolie wish to be that skinny but they can’t it’s not part of them cuz they like to eat. Natalie’s acting has improve in many ways…she looks good and are in more important roles but she seems not likeable…what she is missing is the personality. She is nothing like Charmaine Sheh or Bernice Liu…
