Priscilla Wong Takes a Break from Filming Dramas
Priscilla Wong (黃翠如) was heavily promoted by TVB in 2013, but had a less demanding workload this year. Recent reports claimed that Priscilla was no longer favored by TVB producers due to internal company politics. While the actress denied the earlier claims, Priscilla admitted that wants to take a rest for the remainder of 2014.
Recently, Priscilla attended an airline event dressed as a stewardess. The event was held to promote the airline’s sponsorship for school children. Priscilla said her first study abroad experience was also sponsored. “When I was 16 years old, I boarded a plane for the first time. My family only gave me $7,000 HKD as pocket money. I had to stay for the entire summer, so it was honestly not enough.”
Priscilla has traveled to over 50 countries since her debut as a program host. She expressed that she wants to visit Antarctica the most and travel in space. Currently on a hiatus from filming dramas, Priscilla revealed that she plans to go to Europe at the end of the year. Priscilla was asked if her boyfriend, Edwin Siu (蕭正楠), will accompany her to her European trip, but she said Edwin is busy filming dramas.
Rumors say that Edwin persuaded TVB executive Catherine Tsang (曾勵珍) to decrease Priscilla’s work, but she denied. “I filmed five dramas in a row since joining TVB. I want to rest.” Pointing out that there have been rumors claiming that Priscilla will not film the trailer clips for TVB’s 2015 Sales Presentation, Priscilla clarified, “TVB did change some things, but regardless I will be attending the sales presentation.”

What does this have to do with Edwin? Why would Edwin persuade TVB to do that, which brings me to think, does he even have the power to do that? They are both artists alike.
Wow!!!! It has being a year that she hasn’t even film as tv shows this year since when she filmed “swipe tap love”!!!! I really want to see her film!!!!!!! 😉
