Ron Ng Denies Dating Monica Mok

Ron Ng (吳卓羲) and Viann Zhang’s (張馨予) vocal breakup took Hong Kong by storm last year, severely impacting his image. Ron’s previously clean-cut persona was further damaged after reports of his sex relationship with “Miss X” came to light. Despite all of these setbacks, his magnetism towards women never stopped. In fact, the 33-year-old actor’s love life has been blooming ever so brightly since separating with Viann in early 2012.
Late last year, Ron was photographed frolicking in a pool with the married Toby Leung (梁靖琪) while filming in Sanya, Hainan for Triumph in the Skies 2 <衝上雲宵II>. A few months later, Ron was rumored with The Lady in the Cubicle <格子间女人> costar Tiffany Tang (唐嫣), in which he was speculated to be the reason behind Tiffany’s breakup with Roy Chiu (邱澤). Both Ron and Tiffany have since denied being romantically involved with each other, stressing that they are just colleagues.

But maybe Tiffany was just a cover-up, because recent tabloids are now claiming that Ron has actually been seeing mainland Chinese model actress, Monica Mok (莫小棋), who also stars in The Lady in the Cubicle. At a size 38D, the Shanghai-born Monica is voluptuous and well-endowed. With a sharp chin and expressive eyes, Monica is Ron’s perfect cup of tea.
While filming The Lady in the Cubicle in Shanghai earlier, Ron had nothing but praises about her acting when talking to Monica, inducing Monica to break into light giggles. Even the crew members of The Lady in the Cubicle admitted that there were flirtatious vibes going on between the costars.
Ron Responds to Rumors
Ron appeared at a press conference for his new mainland drama, Waiting for Marriage for Ten Years <待嫁十年>, with costars Elanne Kong (江若琳), Wang Xiaochen (王晓晨) and Wei Wei (魏巍) yesterday. Ron was exasperated by the love rumors with Monica Mok. Ron said,”After filming [The Lady in the Cubicle], we haven’t been in touch. We didn’t even exchange phone numbers; how is it possible [for us to be dating]? It’s odd that this news surfaced. Earlier, I was reported with Tiffany Tang. If the matters are false, I don’t think it’s necessary for me to comment too much.”
