Since breaking-up with his girlfriend of three years, Michelle, in July, Andy Hui Chi On became a target of negative press and was labeled a “player in relationships.” Immediately after Andy’s break-up with Michelle, Sammi Cheng Sau Man wrote a thousand-word essay, denying that she was the third party leading up to Andy and Michelle’s break-up. However, Sammi left room in her essay for a possible re-unification with Andy: “If you ask whether in my heart, I have thought about re-uniting with Andy, honestly I have!”
At public events, Sammi and Andy appeared evasive in front of other people due to public press. Privately, Sammi and Andy may have been unable to repress their love for each other. Last month, Sammi and Andy performed at a concert in Shanghai together. Sammi asked her assistant to take photos of Andy and herself hugging together. The photo was not uploaded on her blog and may be for her private enjoyment only. Afterwards, Sammi and Andy continued chatting and did not want to part. Looking at their body language, they shared a deep connection. Perhaps a reunification would happensooner or later!
Jayne: In interviews, Sammi Cheng expressed regret in how she behaved while she was dating Andy Hui. She said that she acted like a diva and had a poor temper, thus none of Andy’s friends liked her. She was very humble in admitting her faults. In her thousand-word essay, Sammi does seem to still care about Andy very much. She does appear to be the one who may want to want to get back more…. Seems as if the ball is in Andy’s court now….
Many times, we may think back to those lost moments in life and regretted the decisions we made in relationships. Sometimes we dwell too much about the “one that got away…” rather than moving forward in love.

I think it’s really likey that they will get back together. As Jayne said, Sammi has admitted her wrongs in the past and she clearly still has a soft spot for Andy. When Andy was hosting the Big Four program, he also expressed several times that he cares for Sammi a lot.
I would very much love to see these 2 get back together and perhaps married somewhere down that track ;D

I am glad that Sammi realized her mistakes from her past and hope she learns from it. I am sure that in each other’s heart, they will always have a place for each other. In my opinion, I think it’s better for them to stay close friends than actually getting back together because what happened already happened and the thorn/hurt will always be there. Just take the lessson and move-on with someone new and not make the same mistake again.
They can be just 2 very close friends that really care for each other. But only they know that.. I guess it just depends on fate if they get back together or not. What happened to them in the past they made them break up? If it was not something good, then I think it is not a good idea for them to get back together because that scar from the past may come back and haunt them.
