Sisley Choi Gives Tony Hung CPR in “Peculiar Taste”
Sisley Choi (蔡思貝) and Tony Hung (洪永城) attended an event for their upcoming TVB drama, Peculiar Taste <味想天開> yesterday.
Sisley revealed that the drama contains several scenes requiring the actors to be suspended on a safety harness. One such scene involves Sisley’s character performing CPR on Tony’s character while underwater. The scene was actually filmed in a studio against a green screen, and special effects will be used to engineer the scene in post-production. Sisley expressed that filming the scene required a lot of imagination, “I had to think creatively and it was fun. But wearing the safety harness for extended periods of time made my shoulders very sore.” Sisley added that she and Tony had to do a number of retakes since both were unable to control their laughter. This prolonged her painful experience with the safety harness.
On whether Sisley sought tips from her rumored boyfriend, dance choreographer, James Mark (麥秋), Sisley responded, “No, no! He has his own job to do. We are all very professional.” Interestingly, Sisley did not deny that she was dating James.
Sisley then expressed that she hoped to take a month-long vacation after filming is completed for the drama. She will be spending her time exercising and visiting traditional Chinese medical practitioners. When told that her wish was exactly the same as Tony’s wish, Sisley laughed and said, “This is creepy. We’ve been spending almost all our time together, which may be why our thoughts are so alike. Sometimes we do have our differences in views, and we may argue over them.”
Finally, on the recent controversy surrounding Sisley’s educational background, she said, “I haven’t been officially questioned. The authorities have also not investigated me. It is purely a matter of speculation by netizens. It’s sufficient that I know what the truth is. So I was not too bothered by this.”
