Tony Hung to Openly Thank Natalie Tong if He Wins Most Improved Male Artiste Award
The nomination list for the 2015 TVB Anniversary Award Ceremony was released at an earlier conference that took place at TVB City. Tony Hung (洪永城) and Jacqueline Wong (黃心穎) are each nominated for four awards, topping all other artistes at TVB.
Tony is nominated for Best Actor, My Favourite Male Character, Most Improved Male Artiste, and Best Host. The 31-year-old artiste expressed that he hopes to win the Most Improved Male Artiste award, since it symbolizes his hard-work and effort. If he does win, he plans to publicly thank Natalie Tong (唐詩詠) during his speech for her support and company.
In terms of winning the Best Actor award, Tony laughed and exclaimed he has less than a 1% chance. However, he would be showing his support for his good friend Ruco Chan (陳展鵬) and will cast his vote for him. When asked if he is genuinely supporting Ruco since they were earlier rumored to be on unfriendly terms, Tony replied, “His acting is so good, of course I support him!”
On the other hand, Jacqueline is extremely surprised about being nominated for several awards. She expressed, “When I received a text message earlier, I only learned that I was nominated for one award. But this is really shocking! My mind is blank at the moment!”
