My fave is Sammy Leung, followed by Dickson Yu (tho he’s more like skinny muscular) and finally Louis Cheung who looks like a healthy kind of muscular.
I am biased towards Louis though cus I like him a lot as an actor
@coralie The more toned you are the more you have to starve yourself. Louis will have starve himself the most in order to get that kind of muscle definition. And we all see how skinny he already is so that cannot be healthy at all.
@mike really? Louis doesn’t look skinny at all though. He just look very fit. I dont think you can get muscle like that if you starve yourself. As skinny tone/abs does not look like that. I think you actually have to eat a lot of protien to get bulk like that.
@mike lol i actually think louis is kinda like a ‘fat’ muscular, which is usually not my type. but it’s healthy at least, cause it means he’s definitely eating. and i agree with @happybi, i don’t think he’s starving himself at all. if anything, dickson yu looks like he can eat more. that’s a ‘skinny’ kind of muscular.
I’m not actually into muscled men… but so far out of this list, my fav is Benjamin Yuen, followed by Dickson Yu (though his eyes are way more mesmerizing than his body) and lastly, Louis Cheung, whom I find the fittest. (I like him more as the family man & actor)
Muscle is simply not enough. One must get acting skills or the love from some producers before he can become famous.
