Charmaine Sheh Hits “Little Raymond” in Jealous Fit

In a recent episode of Line Walker <使徒行者> that aired on September 10Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼) was seen beating Raymond Lam’s (林峯) “Little Raymond”, but the producer assured that no one was hurt in the process and Raymond’s manhood was not threatened.

Drug trafficker Amrin (Ankie Beilke 貝安琪) attempts to seduce Bao Seed (Raymond Lam), but Siu Ka (Charmaine Sheh) becomes jealous after catching Bao Seed and Amrin intimate with each other. Siu Ka beats up Raymond’s “Little Raymond”, causing Raymond to flinch with pain. Many male viewers also winced as they watched the scene.

The producer, Man Wai Hung (文偉鴻), assured, “Don’t worry. We took care of ‘Little Raymond’. We filmed the scene at a safe angle!”

Sammy Sum and Sharon Chan Kiss Five Times

Line Walker Sammy Sum Sharon ChanIn another scene, Kobe (Sammy Sum 沈震軒) runs into the fire to save Yan (Sharon Chan 陳敏之). The heroic scene ended on a sweet note—with Kobe and Yan’s passionate kiss. Sammy and Sharon kissed a total of five times for the scene. The producer revealed that the person who carried Sharon from the fire was not Sammy himself, but a stunt double. Sammy was still recovering from a broken arm at the time and could not carry Sharon.

Compared to his costars, the drama’s male lead Michael Miu (苗僑偉) had a much more relaxing time. Even so, Michael said he can understand the actors’ sufferings. In a recent radio interview, he shared some of the hardships he had gone through when he first debuted. “I’ve tried filming an underwater scene in 40 degrees Fahrenheit. I had to share my oxygen tank. When they poured hot water on me, I couldn’t even feel it!”

    1. Agreed and girl can act. And standing next to the other actresses her body is amazing.

      1. i thought she looked quite old in brother’s keeper but she is smoking in this. maybe her tan’s faded. i think her acting is decent.

    2. Didn’t watch this drama but her acting was super annoying in Brother’s Keeper especially in the way she talked where she has a habit of dragging out her words eg “Sam” became “Saaaaaaammmm”.

    1. We too , actually best serial so far … Very fast n furious we like a lot…
I mean we is few of us …

    2. yes…I watched it everyday. Everyone did a good job…well i know some actors have room for improvement…some still beginning actor…give them a break…i am not looking for everyone is TV King acting…I mean the story is good…a lot of time the Tvb’s drama story is non-sense…but this time is very good!

  1. I hope Ankie gets more opportunities with other types of roles. That sexy villain role is starting to get old. I do want to see her improve

    1. This is only her second time. And she’s also be “used” by her father so she’s a victim as well. Having said that, I wouldn’t mind seeing her in a sexy heroine role. 🙂

  2. Line walker is worth watching. I am really enjoy the show. Love micheal and elana kong. Ah almost forgot sharon chan also. She is very beautiful and good acting.

  3. The producer, Man Wai Hung (文偉鴻), assured, “Don’t worry. We took care of ‘Little Raymond’

    Who exactly got the honor?

    1. Maybe his gold digger girlfriend? In anyhow, that scene was so fake! He only need to act painfully.

      1. In this case, it pays to be on the “small” side as to make her miss most of the “target”. LMAO!

      1. “In this case, it pays to be on the “small” side as to make her miss most of the “target”. LMAO!”

        LOL!

      2. Yup, good thing comes in small packages and in this case it’s very small. 😀 🙁 LOL!

  4. I’m honestly quite surprised at all the praise of this drama. Some are claiming it the best of the year. It’s a watchable drama but it’s not as suspense.

Mclub and ROE remain my top picks and recommendations for this year.

    1. I wouldn’t say it’s the best of the year, but definitely a good drama thus far. The series feels almost comical with Charmaine and Raymond scenes, even though it should be a serious drama.

Yes, NDA and ROE are great series!

      1. Personally I enjoyed it, especially Charmaine and Raymond’s scenes together, or even Charmaine’s scenes with her 3 mothers.

Police and undercover series are not my choices usually, but I enjoyed watching “Line Walker”.

    2. I enjoy this series thus far, but it’s by far “best of the year” like you mentioned. I do like Mclub more.

  5. Linewalker is a watchable drama but at times so of the scenes and scripts are so unbelievable. I thought Sammy Shum moved into an apartment directly across from Sharon which turns out to be a building across the street. During a “drug transaction”, it seems so ludicrous to go the restroom during critical situations. It also seems improbable that ICAC, Organized Crime and CIB would arrive at the same place at the same time without prior cross unit jurisdictional coordination sanctioned by their superior officers. Lastly, when Raymond tripped Oscar causing him to lose his bag down 7 stories to the ground level, I am surprised that he was able to run down that fast without security or some other person down on the ground floor to pick it up or admonish Oscar for dropping the bag and possibly hurting passersby on the ground level.

    1. On one hand, I agree with your point of view. On the other, unbelievable scenes and scripts are nothing new in TVB drama lol. It was Sammy who tripped Oscar, not Raymoond; but point taken 🙂

  6. I am sick of Sharon’s story; want, don’t want, unrelentless pursuit of the wrong guy etc etc. Truly incompetent. And Sammy’s story; he will die because he jeapordized his own case.

    1. Agree! Sharon is very annoying, similar to her role in The Ultimate Addiction

    2. thats because the director want to create a dramatic love story not one but three.

  7. “The producer revealed that the person who carried Sharon from the fire was not Sammy himself, but a stunt double”

No wonder it looked fake and he was carrying much too high. The slow mo in that instance was annoying. I just wished it goes to the next scene fast with Elena and Michael who were more interesting.

  8. Ankie is so hot. Haha Hopefully, TVB doesn’t typecast her into seductive roles only.

  9. This series is better than ROE. This series is well balance. There’s comedy and action. The only person I didn’t like in the series is Patrick. Something is wrong with this guy, he act the same in all his recent series. Does he put on red lipstick, cuz his lips is red.

  10. 40 degrees….or 40 Fahrenheit?? There’s no such thing as ’40 degrees Fahrenheit’

    1. Michael Miu was talking about his filming days when he was young, i.e. in 80s or 90s. I believe that Hong Kong was using Fahrenheit at that time, instead of the current Celsius.

    2. If you mean that the writer should write ’40 Fahrenheit’ instead of ’40 degrees Fahrenheit’, then, I think you are mistaken.

The term ‘degrees Fahrenheit’ is correct.

    3. Degrees can refer to ‘degrees Fahrenheit’ or ‘degrees Celsius’.

Based on the context of the sentence, it is ‘degrees Fahrenheit’.

  11. Lovely show dis 1! Going wild with d suspense mann!!!!!!!! SS n SC r a pain in the neck btw, grrrrrrrrr

  12. Is it really necessary to resort to cheap gimmicks like this? It must be embarrassing for Charmaine.

  13. I’m actually looking forward to each episode throughout the week. Of course there are always some flaws within the series. Some of the scenes aren’t even realistic either. Sammy is great but whenever his character is around Sharon it’s like that’s all that matters I mean come on you have a much bigger mission than romance here but of course that’s what the audience like to see. Even though they look good together on screen but whenever they kiss it just looks so awkward, particularly Sammy.

    1. You will look awkward too kissing Sharon or Sammy. And probably won’t look as good…
