Dayo Wong, Kate Tsui, and Grace Wong Film “My Prime Lady”
Dayo Wong (黃子華), Kate Tsui (徐子珊), and Grace Wong (王君馨) attracted the gazes of many bystanders last night with their high profile shooting of TVB comedy, My Prime Lady <My盛Lady>, in Central, Hong Kong.
The Central scene was about a fashionably-dressed Dayo and an elegant Kate educating the tomboy Grace Wong on how a “Hong Kong guy” and a “Hong Kong girl” would date on the streets. Dressed in a scarlet dress with a plunging neckline, Kate showed off her sexy curves and bit her lip. She then forced Dayo to make a “duck face” with her while taking self-portraits together. Onlookers described Kate to be “all over” Dayo in the scene.
Halfway through filming, the sound recording turned faulty, and crew members had to help Kate re-assemble her recording device under her dress, with bystanders gaping at the awkward scenario.
Portraying a couple in the comedy, Dayo explained that a kissing scene with Kate has not been written into the script yet. Is he afraid of last-minute scripts rewrites? He said, “We already have a few episodes out. This is TVB’s filming style, and scripts getting rewritten last minute are common. I will coordinate with them. It’s really hard to release a complete script before shooting. Of course, I would love it to be like overseas dramas, in which each season only gets about ten episodes, but we have a different market here.”
On his thoughts about TVB receiving poor prime time ratings in recent months, Dayo expressed that he is not worried about the performance of his own drama, “It’s something I’ve expected to happen. I am more about enjoying the filming process. It’s important to have a happy and satisfied working experience every day. In the morning, I have Benz Hui (許紹雄). At night, I have pretty girls,” Dayo joked.
With such a humorous costar, did Kate have a lot of outtakes? “Thank goodness we’ve had read-throughs, so we know what to expect. [Dayo] is beyond everyone’s league. He is at a legendary level.”

to me she looks beautiful in that dress, about the acting, maybe it’s a bit dramatic but I kinda like it, perhap I watch too much American comedy, they’re dramatic and I find it funny
