• @emiliachan agree that sharon will probably be supporting actress forever...
  • @emiliachan agree! I enjoyed the beginning/middle because I thought the drama was different and cool, especially Vincent's action scenes. However, I stopped watching because I figured the ending would be quite predictable.
  • @emiliachan Among Katy, Moon and Roxanne, I would pick Roxanne for future leading actress. She could act almost right from the start. Moon is not bad, but I don't like her much. Katy acts good, but she was given all those supporting roles and besides she does not look like leading material. Now Jacqueline Wong's already-filmed dramas will all be broadcast. She seems to have been forgiven and welcome back by TVB, and may be promoted highly. As you know, Hong Kong people are "forgetful" and may accept her again. Who knows?!
  • an actress that i miss so much but happy for her and what she's doing now
  • the drama is okay-ish. boring in some parts but overall got through it. i think the storyline and characterisation were okay but i feel it was a bit predictable and cliche. and why does vincent's co-star always end up dying in the drama... tracy, ali, natalie lol
  • sisley - i've started to like a her a lot more since legal mavericks. i thought her performance in the defected was really good. i think she is decent leading role material. sharon - honestly think she will stay as a supporting actress forever, been watching her for years and her acting is the same boring stuff. mandy - i think mandy has good acting skills but does lack some star quality. for her, i feel like the problem is the dramas she gets casted in - not her own acting. kelly - i use to think she was really pretty but now her face seems more plastic the more i look at it. her acting skills are also terrible and the worst in this list. i know she's new but she's gotten so many chances with great actors - i'd expected her to improve by now. btw where is katy, moon and roxanne - they're better than half the list
  • @snoopy katy is underrated - i think she has great acting. kelly on the other hand, makes me cringe half the time.
  • kenneth is probably going to get tv king this year considering there's no competition and probs out of sympathy. but honestly don't think him getting the award will make much difference now since these days, getting a tvb award doesn't mean anything about your acting but instead just the pure liking of the bosses. tvb has deteriorated in all the ways possible in the past few years, i hate to say it since i grew up watching this, but tvb's becoming such a dumb joke.
  • a good decision made by her! she's a smart girl with a law degree from cambridge so of course tvb is not the place to stay. especially when her looks and acting skills are not as good as others. although i do like her hosting - especially in young & restless, she'd be much better off in the law industry than talking about young adult issues. but honestly, i could tell this was going to happen when i saw she had gotten her US license earlier in the year. anyways, best of luck to her.
  • tvb honestly needs to stop these sequels, i really like some dramas such as forensic heroes and exorcists meter, but any more shows tvb is running out of ideas. sequels tend to be more boring (as seen for line walker) and worse production. don't understand why tvb keeps making sequels, its not getting them anywhere. give us some originality and dramas that are interesting. btw, can't believe tvb froze ali and kicked her out of legal mavericks 2 and replaced her with kelly cheung. sorry, but kelly can't act at all. what's the point of legal mavericks 2 when both ali and tracy are gone? they're both fan favourites, can tvb think rationally before deciding who to cast or who to promote.
  • i've always liked and seen talent in selena, but its almost like people only see how good she is after she's left tvb.
  • i think i like this one more than the first one. i remember always wanting to skip parts in the first one because it was so boring. besides venus wong missing, i quite like yoyo and jennifer as the female leads. jacky and kelly aren't that good but i guess it doesn't really matter since the male actors are the main focus.
  • @emiliachan then people let her disappear and ignore her. don't focus on her at all. People still talking about her is making her still relevant.
  • @vodka yeah i don't even hate her for cheating because its not my business. but her not even having the courage to face the media angers me, sooo irresponsible. she should be apologising in person and not posting some scripted apology on her IG where no one can even comment. i don't really want to think whether she deserves this, but she made the decision to cheat so she has to accept the consequences.
  • @orchid123 i agree with you, especially because this isn't jac's personal ig or her own page. i think its not about the money in her job, but just that people should understand that artistes chose to step into the industry where they will get criticised for their actions. so if they mess up like how jacqueline did, there really is no excuse. all they should wish for is that it will all be over soon and people forget it.
  • hahah funny she thinks she's going to be able to act again (not sooner or later at least) and is already training in an acting class. i really don't think people want to see her in tvb dramas anymore, let alone going to hollywood. and tbh, i really don't think she's good enough for hollywood as she is not even a fan favourite in tvb. even before this scandal, saw many hk people saying her acting is not good (average at the most).
  • @jimmyszeto LMAO BEST COMMENT EVER HAHAH.
  • i still remember him from come home love 1 but noticed he never got any chances from tvb which is sad. its a big sacrifice to give up law for acting, but i admire his persistence for passion as being a lawyer and actor in hong kong is very different in terms of money.
  • @emiliachan I think the problem is that Jacqueline is third female lead in the series and she has a significant storyline with Raymond Wong’s character (from what I read, yes their relationship is a love triangle thing — it’s another one of those “the guy is torn between 2 women” story arcs — though whether Jacqueline plays the third party or not, I’m not sure but it didn’t sound like it based on some of the stuff I had read about the plot). But this is why Raymond was supposedly so pissed off when he got wind that they might need to reshoot, since he is the one most affected. Like I said last time, I think ultimately whether TVB needs to reshoot the scenes or not depends on when they plan to air the series. If they aren’t willing to warehouse it and instead want to air it this year, then they have no choice but to cut Jacqueline out and reshoot. Otherwise, if they want to keep everything intact, then warehouse it for a couple years and see what happens.
  • @emiliachan Yeah, the name Quinta kinda grows on me too. :)
