@huppertspuppet Mr Huang will still be proud of his wife. She can do no wrong...
-
All of them look better without makeup omfg their makeup is so bad. They should get better makeup artists
-
@huppertspuppet my children speak fluent cantonese, mandarin, and english. for young kids, you can teach them up to 4 languages so in a way, there is no mother tongue for kids. it really depends on what you expose them to.
-
@huppertspuppet You are on the wrong site. Go on Weibo if you want to ask Yangmi or Hawick these questions....
-
Will Noemi learn Cantonese as her 'mother tongue’ (or maybe more appropriately first language) or Mandarin?
-
@huppertspuppet apart from being hugely successful, YM has many negative press: cheating, being a bad mother, etc. The most damning one is how she didn’t donate the money to a charity as advertised. So people thinks she does it to make herself look good, but end up didn’t pay the money, which means she’s petty. The thing about hawick’s cheating, call it sexist or whatever, but most people don’t weight as heavily on Hawick being a cheater, especially when YM doesn’t seem to be a dutiful wife (again based on press/media coverage). The common readers saw her as bad mother, neglecting partner (you can argue whatever but that’s the image that seem to be painted by the media), and so if the man cheat, he kinda in the right. Plus at the time, the actress involved in the cheating rumour did said something along the line that implied they already broke up, and their relationship is a fake. It just that YM’s fans want to take her side and not take this into account.
-
@huppertspuppet Correct me if I am wrong but I recall that there were rumours of her involvement with Li Yifeng and later Hawick Lau with Angel Wang.
-
I’m curious by the way, is there a similar list for most detestable male stars?
-
Sorry but China needs to focus on originals. 90% of remakes suck. Besides, Goblin wasn’t that good to begin with
-
@bearbear Agree with the reasons on your list but it was Hawick Lau who cheated on Yang Mi with the busty actress
-
Any publicity is good publicity. Basically all the starlets on the list are relevant enough to be there. You can think of anything about their acting or private lives. At least they have never abused or raped anyone so….. not enough valid reasons to really hate them. If this list was about actresses who are (according to their opinion) overrated or overexposed then I guess this would be more appropriate

@huppertspuppet it’s not just the staffs, say if her ward isn’t in a restricted block off section (idk if hospital has that for maternity ward), any visitor could walk past and see her name and phone the press. So she needs some sort of arrangement with the hospital to protect that sort of privacy. And it also say that in general, mainlanders would rather gossip than care for other’s privacy
-
@huppertspuppet Hospital is in China- people are willing to provide info if there is money. I am sure VIPs get special treatment esp political ones or A lister celebs
-
@huppertspuppet it’s not just fangirl or YM haters but the news outlet/website needs more click baits because they know how riled up her fans could be lol. The latest news is YM dumped an ex when he got burnt, again could be entirely false, but guess what all her fans jump on it and defended her xD goal scored! If her fans relax a bit, then the news articles would stop fabricate more news lol
-
@huppertspuppet Fangirls? Hawick does not have any fans. You mean Yang Mi haters?
-
@davy It’s an article to brag about XN and ZLY closeness
-
@jimmyszeto Hawick is a cheater who cheated with a busty actress. Gross how fangirls are saying that it was Yang Mi who cheated
-
This is such a cultural shock. Here where I live, doctors, nurses and all other personnel who have a confidential relationship with a patient, ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DISCLOSE ANY PRIVATE MATTERS TO ANYONE BY DEFAULT. I’m appalled that Zhao Liying has to request the hospital staff not to speak to anyone about her medical information. Second, here no patient gets VIP treatment. Even our ministers go to the same hospitals and grocery shops than commoners and it would be a scandal if people found out that there are VIP rooms.

@huppertspuppet 'first of all, the West is not worshiping obesity, it’s trying to fight it.' Fighting obesity by having a fat overweight obese slob to grace the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine is not what I consider to be positive body image and fighting obesity. Vogue magazine did the same as well. In fact it has had a negative response by the majority. Many, including myself, feel that such action promotes the acceptance of obesity from a societal level. Again, intentions may be good, but terrible choice of actions.

Firstly, I hope Ouyang Nana and countless other young women stay strong after seeing these kinds of humiliating comments. I hope there happens a major spiritual reform among Chinese netizens so that they’d be less venomous and use their negative energy into something more productive and positive. i can’t help thinking that this is the result of extremely fast economical growth, consumerism and the consequent competitiveness in the society and lookism (much like what’s happened in Korea and other nations that became spiritually devoid). Second, Edison Chen is a manchild with very little eloquence. I wonder why so many women agreed to sleep with him and take lewd pictures.
