@khoobunny I loved Benz and Him in this. I thought Him’s storyline was solid and agreed, he’s improved. The drama was light hearted and had a consistent storyline which is rare for TVB these days lol. Just a shame they called it armed reaction because that comes with high expectations that they failed to meet.
-
I also enjoyed the series for it's light humor and entertainment. I agree the dialogue was quite funny and there was chemistry amongst the misfit crime fighters. Enjoyed seeing Benz back and agreed Him has improved.

@khoobunny Priscilla did well in 'life after death'. Katy not that fantastic although she did make audience dislike her in 'dripping sauce'. Mandy not that convincing as Madam G with high-functioning autism. I support Priscilla and Sisley for this award. Sisley performed well as 癫姐 and the heartbreaking scene towards the end when she was so sad when her character's father died.
-
I'm also hoping it will go to Priscilla as she did a great job in Life After Death. Although Katy and Sisley have improved, I think it's still too soon for them. Was not too impressed with Mandy's performances.

@khoobunny Agree. I wish there was a facepalm emoji. When they wear less, they say it's inappropriate and should be covered. When they wear more, they say wear less or that it's not good enough. xD

She's 19 yrs old and I think it's perfectly appropriate to be conservative. Just because it's undergarments doesn't mean it has to be sexy.
-
He's such a sweetie... just like his character Oppa - always caring for others. That makes him so attractive! Not to mention he's so handsome. :-)
-
@ledge I agree with you! Want Kenneth to win but Philip probably gave a better and deeper performance. Loved Pakho in Wonder Women! He definitely improved and his Oppa was so warm and lively... hope he can get Most Favorite Male Character.
-
@khoobunny me too.. enjoying his acting in wonderwoman. Funny & childish character, really suits well with his good looks
-
The older son looks more like Aimee than Moses. I think all the kids look more like Aimee.
-
That's so sweet that he's dressed in pink for the birth of his daughter. Enjoying his acting in Wonder Women.

@khoobunny yea, bringing up children with the right mindset is very important. i once met a girl and she said no need for girls to do well in school or be smart. just marry into a man who would take care of u and $$. i was in utter shock. she probably didn't realize that her man could cheat and leave her w/ nothing after a short period of time. haven't seen her since but not interested in getting to know a brainless girl.
-
@khoobunny Well said. 100 percent agree
-
Her parents taught her well and impart good values in her. She's also a very independent and smart girl who has the right mindset. Her parents should be proud of her and themselves for doing a good job raising her.
-
Ali is such a beautiful actress, but she made herself look so terrible with that hair style and dress.
-
I was going to same the exact same thing... She has a beautiful figure!
-
She and Bosco kissed in Flying Tigers 2. :-)

@khoobunny I agree, they are totally boycotting YM. Is what they doing illegal? Why they hiding faces? If they are real fans, they shouldn't need be afraid don't you think? Would fans use time to go do that if they not paid???????? Looks like some competitor schemes are at play. Basically 1, they want to say YM sucks at acting. And 2, YM dramas sucks but she only use her popularity, anybody acting with her gets famous. About 1 - YM new drama with Wallace Huo isn't doing well. Wallace and YM? 2 big stars? And still bad results? Where is her so call star power? About 2 - And, if actors are always riding off YM cocktail then shouldn't each and every single people under JW studio famous by now? Why is only DLRB successful? YM acted for so long, she had many successful dramas. All these so call fans say "she sucks at acting" and need better dramas to prove her acting skills. She can't even act at all and they are her fans, that's just interesting.

khoobunny commented on Dissatisfied with Yang Mi’s Studio, Fans Organized a Boycott and Made 7 DemandsI thought Yang Mi owns or is a partner of Jay Walk Studio - isn't that like boycotting Yang Mi. If it's her studio, of course, it makes sense for her to lead some/most of the dramas and promote their own up-and-coming artistes.

khoobunny commented on Clifton Ko’s “Dearest Anita” Wins Best Cantonese Film at the Vancouver Chinese Film FestivalI watched this movie on the plane last month on my way to HK. At first, I was just going to check it out, but right from the beginning I was drawn into the movie with its great storytelling and touching portrayal of Anita Mui's life and her relationship with her friends and fans. I really enjoyed the movie and thought it was very well done and emotional. I'd definitely recommend it for those who grew up knowing Anita Mui.
