@m0m0 Uhm. Barack o'karma? My ages apart, Brutally Young? I mean, depends on what you think is cliche. MAA is fantasy comedy, BY has a typical thriller plot I guess. I personally hate those overtly themed occupation series like Airport Strikers and those that revolve around a family run business . I didn't watch Exorcist cause I don't like KM. I do agree that a lot of plot holes are happening to force the story in a certain way though. It's why I didn't like Legal Mavericks 2 , it became a cliche legal case serial.
-
@bubbles23 can you name 1 tvb production in recent years that isn't cliche other than the exorcist meter? every single one except for that is so predictable, if it isn't predictable then it is illogical and filled w/ plot holes.
-
@m0m0 Good point and I bet she is just pls8n selfish as we can all see.
-
@m0m0 Perhaps they know his EQ is low so they can say anything and knows he will fire back. haha lol....
-
@m0m0 Overpopulation will bring in more problems than gender imbalance. The imbalance was brought by selfish people who wanted male heirs anyway. They can have more than one but they will have to provide on their own. Volleyball superstar Zhu Ting came from a family of 5 siblings, all girls, because her dad wanted a male but he didnt choose to abort any of his children. It all depends on individual. I mean other countries you can have unlimited children but people still choose to have none. They choose to abort their child because they refuse to use contraceptives. China will become a bigger sh*thole than India without the policy. Their are goods and bads of every policy. Women now have way more power than before, over 60% of self made women billionaires are Chinese. Back in republican era, the best jobs for women were prostitutes and mistresses.
-
too old to be gigolo really....
-
@jetmasters exactly, why do you think they would abort the female fetus if they could have more than 1?
-
@m0m0 Like I said before, only will get in trouble if someone finds out or got ratted out. Every family has different experiences. Reason of having more men than women is countryside people tend to abort female, thus creating gender inbalance. Male heir is still prominent especially for the poor.
-
@jetmasters my friend's mom told me that she had to hide and run away from the gov. until they moved to the states when her second child was little. i also heard of many in both cities and countryside that these children couldn't get registered meaning no school or whatsoever when they grow up. meanwhile, my uncle on the other hand with deep pockets just paid some money and they are doing very well as a family. i am that the repercussion of having a second child is both real and serious for most families otherwise why do you see so many families w/ only one child in china and 30 million more men than women?
-
@hetieshou i don't think it's an issue w/ fertility. she probably just don't want to get pregnant and wanted babies.
-
that's so sick. makes me sick to my stomach that she would give away her kids b/c she broke up. i don't care how others see it as culturally acceptable b/c this is morally unacceptable.
-
i heard that there are a few other just like him. i don't think he's a unique breed.
-
there are so many beautiful actressses in tvb, why they still want to invest in JW?
-
@m0m0 The one child policy covers the child's expenses. Extra children is covered by parents and will get fined if get caught or got ratted out. My aunt had a second child and she grew up fine. My aunt's friend grew up with 4 siblings born in the 90s. No fines whatsoever.
-
@wm2017 of course, when you're a celeb, you never know when you will have time or meet the one. i think it is very common w/ older girls. i know someone who considered it when she hit 35 but not sure if she had go through w/ the whole thing.
-
hum...i heard that surrogacy was most common in ukraine, thai, and india due to lower cost and laxed laws. in the us, i think there's a requirements that couples aren't able to have children to use the service.... i saw a documentary about this couples years ago.
-
@niangniang it's been two children for a long while now not one child. i don't how how strict but i am sure that they 3rd child would still have a hard time getting into schools, job and everything else for commoners.
-
@m0m0 You are being too polite. I would call 'dieting', not recovery stage. It's all under our control mentally. We should be even more aware of our fitness when stuck at home. Plenty of time to think and plan daily meals and exercise...
-
@m0m0 I was wondering the same thing. Zheng Shuang is still young so it should not be the age factor but maybe she has other fertility issues? It is not always age.
-
@jimmyszeto well, it's hard keeping the old body so letting yourself recover mentally and physically during this time is perfect. who will you really see when you're home most of the time.
