• My mom enjoyed his performances. He was a good actor and tvb should ask him in to film again
  • i wish i can give myself a 6 pack for my next birthday....
  • alice chan, no doubt
  • her mom indeed went through a lot raising 3 children on her own is not easy and kudos for saving $$ to send charmine to study abroad. don't know how i'd be able to do that myself but there are some moms who are just miracle workers. looking at the pic w/o reading the article, i had thought her mom was some fashion idol instead.
  • @m0m0 Kent Tong was more handsome when he was young, but he couldn't keep on his good looking after leaving TVB. Meanwhile, Hugo's been so well-kept and still look good at his age.
  • @m0m0 Kent Tong was easily more handsome than Hugo Ng since he was probably the most handsome of the ‘five tigers’. Hugo is now by far the better actor of the 2 though. Literally everyone lead actor of the 80’s had surpassed Kent’s after Barbara’s death ended all of his career momentum...
  • @m0m0 so sad :( I love Cantonese and Hk >_<
  • @m0m0 TVB has already been slowly switching to Mainland focus even before their official announcement. I’m bad with dates but I think it was 2 years ago (could’ve been further back than that) TVB already showed they didn’t care about preserving Cantonese culture when they started using simplified character subtitles in their newscasts rather than the traditional character subtitles that they’re supposed to use for programs airing in HK (and which they HAD been using for the past few decades)....they received a record-breaking 10,000+ complaints from audiences for that move, which of course wasn’t surprising given it was during a time when the HK/Mainland tension was at its highest.
  • @m0m0 uhm, I didn’t think Ken tong was that handsome when he was young lol! But that’s just me xD these two boys have chiseled face but not handsome to my taste, however, the Chinese seem to into chiseled face boys so maybe they might get popular
  • this is so sad. soon all shows are going to be mainland chinese which i truly do not enjoy any.... this is like raping of the cantonese culture and filling it w/ mainland chinese crap.
  • not as handsome as dad when he was young but then their dad was just out of this world handsome
  • @m0m0, affair is not respectable... And yes society probably will not accept it with women doing the same thing.. if anything, it would be worst. But it's about living up to your mistake, after the face... "being responsible and taking ownership" of what's respected with Anthony. However many celebrities who can own up like Anthony? not even a handful. But there plenty of open secrets and dirty laundry out there who far worst then Anthony's situation.
  • @m0m0 @mike I understand what you're trying to say, but maybe the wording is a little off-base. Anthony Wong has questionable ethics, but he is a responsible person. I see him somewhat like Simon Cowell who infamously impregnated his friend's wife while she was married to her then husband lol. He has taken full responsibility towards raising his son and Anthony has, too. So he's not the brightest bulb in the box, but he admits his mistakes.
  • @m0m0 Are you in your 70s with teenage kid (s) currently? I know someone who's mid-50 currently with an 8 years old son. He tried to be as involved and supportive with his as as possible. Taking him camping, playing balls, going to Chuck-e-Cheese like places; much kudos to him. But at the end if day, he's exhausted physically. Mentality, he's hapoy as he can be because he spent time with his son. Everyone is different really. do want to ditto what @jimmyszeto comment. It's not merely a "scared tactic." It's simple fact. It'll take more toll on your body as 50s running around with a youngster than say 30s.
  • @m0m0 We must remember responsible cheaters are still cheaters. A truly responsible person would not commit adultery.
  • @m0m0 I think his actions afterwards are admirable. Yes, he cheated, so he made a huge mistake earlier in his life. But it happened, and he can't change it. Rather than try to sweep it under the rug, he did his best to make up for the mistake by supporting mother and son the best he could, which was financially. Contrast this to how Jacky Chan handled his infidelity, and you'll see that Anthony, although not a saint and has made mistakes in the past, is at least taking responsibility for it. If his son is forgiving of him, who are we as outsiders to judge the guy as a father.
  • @m0m0 It is more likely that an older parent will have less input into the children as they grow older. Including the huge communication gap there will also be a lack of energy from the parent. As a child, I would probably hate it if I was taken to school by a parent old enough to be my grandad but love to have an older parent in my teenager to young adult years when I can roam free without much interference of aging parents.
  • @jjwong i can't say that i agree w/ the old age parent philosophy. it really depends on how many kids you have. having started a family, it is actually more mentally exhausting than physical. i am mentally exhausting everyday from my kids. i am really physcally okay though and i am no spring chicken. i think it's just something old people say to trick young people into having kids early.
  • while 27 is not a bad age to marry but still on the young side. hopefully her choice is not with all the brain-washing from around her afterall, in asian cultures girls expire after age 26. marriage life isn't all happily-ever-after. it gets tough esp after having kids b/c it just doesn't get easier. as such a young and beautiful girl, she has many choices. kevin is hardly a heartrob now and he's not getting any younger. she will be 30 and still attractive, don't know if they will still be as sweet as they are now.
