@hohliu Chinese Communist Party aka the Chinese Government.
-
@sehseh What is CCP? Just wondering.
-
Her celebrity career is over. With CCP and their media outlets opening condemning (sign 1), her works taken down from Chinese streaming sites (sign 2), endorsement cancelled (sign 3), she can never get work as a celebrity anymore. So now, what is left for her is to protect her money. She will fight nail & tooth to prevent him from bringing back the babies and she won't pay a cent toward the babies. No one cared whether he ex is a trash. But what they did is indeed morally wrong (and illegal too). and they should take responsibility.

@ohmygoshy Moses lived & studied in Aus for 10 years. I listened to his English interview in the past, he can hold a conversation but not fluent like a native speaker (I suspect he regressed since he spend so many years in HK). The Chan household speaks 99% English at home, from what I see/hear from Aimee's IG postings.
-
@sehseh She was expecting then......I think I remember reading a article about it. She is always so slender, it will be interesting to her her look different.
-
@sehseh yay!! Thata good to hear!!!
-
@sehseh Good to know. Thanks!

@hohliu Their chemistry is fine, they have worked on another drama together. Just that because Tiffany is pregnant at the time of filming, her bloated face and protruded/thick waist can be distracting.
-
@anon Charmaine isn't looking for leading roles either and she mentioned in an interview that it's hard for HK actress to get lead role, especially for mature actresses. So far she has chosen her scripts wisely, for this drama she have a better review than the leading characters. FYI, she is billed as the main role along Tiffany and Shawn in the opening credit.
-
@aktf They did, in history and novel.

@m0m0 Even before her participation in MHK, she rejected the proposal of her college sweetheart, who is a wealthy 2nd generation in Taiwan (she lived with him (and his family) for a year and she find old money lifestyle stifling for her. Hence she returned to HK and her mum suggested she should participate in MHK while searching for hotelier job. She still keep in touch with her ex-sweetheart as a friend though. After joining TVB, she dated another older businessman/prominent dentist. They broke up because Charmaine do not want to get married so young. The man later got married to another prominent socialite/actress (now divorced). Another example is when she was dating that ass Benny Chan, she was pursued by a son of famous tycoon (surname L). He try to gift her a Ferrari after hearing she told the press she likes the new car during an event. Back then, the press already caught wind and dropped blind items about this tycoon heir attempting to ask her out to yatch trip and expensive gifts. Charmaine rejected him by telling press that someone did offer to get her the Ferrari, but she rather earn her own money and buy one herself. That heir later courted and married another MHK in a lavish billion dollar ceremony. In conclusion, even though Charmaine was promoted by TVB, it's no easy life. You can see many other MHK (even the winner and 1st runner up of MHK1997 scandal fighting over the same tycoon) are jumping on chances to get married to rich men. She stuck to Benny but thank god get rid of his cheating ass. I shall not comment on KC, because I think she is happier now with her life and career.

@sehseh omg that's so infuriating but hilarious.

@bubbles23 Kara was very active in both HK and Mainland China acting scene in the past few years. So it could be at any productions. Btw, some China drama actor/actress sometimes get into controversy but not memorizing their lines but uttering 123456 (true story). Because their voices will be dubbed and some of them got cast due to their company investing money into the drama production.
-
I wonder if they're separated already? I guess they're not announcing for the sake of their daughter and Vincent's image (translate that into $$$ that comes with endorsements, jobs etc).
-
@cutie777 Luxury bag is a staple in HongKong, middle class and above. It's not like she's carrying a Hermes to work. Still doesn't justify the theft, if this is the case no one should wear branded items in public.
-
@sehseh Agreed. I didn't like season 2 or 3. They were a total letdown from season 1 of Wuxin. I was upset and angry when season 2 came out and then set my hopes up for season 3, but it was still so disappointing.
-
Really disappointed with WuXin3 since I loved the original drama. But, in its defence, it was slightly better than season 2. Another reason why season 3 sucks is because it's not adapted from the novel and written solely to promote onscreen romance for Elvis and Sabrina. I will pretend S2 and S3 never existed.

Fillers + changing diet drastically. He's now a devout vegetarian.

@coralie You can watch on Youku https://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XNDY4MDIxNDA4OA==.html?spm=a2h0c.8166622.PhoneSokuProgram_1.dtitle I think they also upload it to Youtube but restricted to certain countries.

Darren is straightforward (some say tactless, haha), but they get along pretty well that he actually went on Tmall live streaming to support Charmaine's lipstick launch. He also opened up to Charmaine when asked about sensitive questions such as his relationship with his parents, so I guess they sorta develop elder sister - younger brother camaraderie.
