When I saw Kaman Kong in that photo earlier, I thought she looked very well-rounded in that gown but thought it might have been a bad angle, bad lighting or a bad number of other things. But looking at the photo a bit closer now, she really has become a bit chunkier. Too many meat pies over Christmas....

Somehow I really don't mind Crystal. She's loud and noisy but I find the in-your-face brassiness quite refreshing. I recall that she was living with her then boyfriend and didn't hesitate to talk about it. OK maybe there was a bit TMI at some point....
-
Wow! he really was a very handsome little boy! The sort of boy that the little girls in school will crush on
-
@m0m0 I actually quite like watching Crystal when I am in the mood for that sort of stuff. She's noisy and loud, with no pretext to be subtle. She's sort of refreshing in that way. (So I can understand why people do like her.) But watching the whole "Young and Restless" group for a whole hour is a bit much. They are young and up-and-coming (not their fault of course), so really nothing very outstanding nor entertaining there at the moment. As to who's more materialistic than whom, I don't really care and it doesn't really bother me to be honest....
-
@summerdale I agree with you re Louisa. She’s definitely very mature in her thoughts, definitely the scholar that she is. Crystal is just noisy
-
@conan2209 Hmmm....the "Young and Restless"....I think it is just a platform for TVB to showcase its new comers. It's not particularly interesting to me. I did however tune in to watch the Halloween episode where Lisa Tse put in a guest appearance. I thought it was a bit better back in the day when Louisa Mak was one of the hosts. It was interesting to hear her views. But now, I will pass.....

It was incredibly cold that Sunday. I was nicely wrapped up at home that night but was still feeling really cold. TVB must have really great internal heating going on there for her to be wearing something like that !
-
@summerdale i can't spell her name. she's an 80s star. she's known for playing mistress roles and is pretty famous. she's has always had long hair. she was in many movies and a few tv dramas.
-
@summerdale This dude https://www.jaynestars.com/news/10-years-later-brian-chu-is-finally-on-track-to-rise/
-
@mulder99 Who is Brian Chu?
-
@m0m0 Who's lu ga lai? I like Queenie. She's gorgeous and very likable.
-
@bubbles23 Sketchy? How so?
-
I always wonder what is it with this Karl Ting dude which has made him the most loved newcomer at TVB. They put him in all the high-profile events like Ms Hong Kong, travelogues etc, too many, I can't remember them all. He is not the most dashing, not more charming than the next guy, doesn't sing, dance or act better than all the others.... But I don't mind him, just seems like a good guy who works really hard while having a good time at the same time.
-
She has become incredibly skinny. She looks sexy and lovely of course! But I do recall she was a bit chunky in the early days.
-
@jingxi2943 LOLLLL! Sarcasm at its best
-
@summerdale agree. But I can't pinpoint what makes her look bad. (Like not pretty in general)
-
@gnomageddon Ouch! That's a bit harsh. I sort of get what you're trying to say here though
-
Woohoo! Fantastic news
-
@summerdale he really is... I understand TVB is not the best place for good actors but they got lucky with Vincent — al cappuccino wasn’t the best script and I don’t think his character was written well but I just keep thinking “damn he’s such a good actor” lol. And yes, I am a fan of Owens but he’s not in the same caliber just yet.
-
I actually find her very pretty (I am female by the way!). Especially her smile. It's awesome. But I agree that her Holiday role was kind of annoying. I can't recall the specific details but remember that it was annoying.
