Back in April, it was revealed that Catherine Hung’s (洪欣) husband, Mainland Chinese actor Andy Zhang (張丹峰), was having an affair with his manager Bi Ying (畢瀅). Catherine responded by deleting all mentions of Andy in her social media, with divorce as a possibility. Bi Ying allegedly retaliated by freezing Catherine’s bank accounts to safeguard herself.
For the next few weeks, the media hovered between the ideas of Catherine leaving her nine-year marriage behind and forgiving Andy. The silence coming from both parties only gave rise to more speculations and conspiracies.
It wasn’t until today, however, when a definite answer was revealed.
On Sunday, a netizen shared some recent pictures of Catherine, Andy, and their daughter at a wedding. The netizen said it was her friend from Harbin who had snapped the photos.
In the series of photos, Catherine and Andy sat and stood together. They also showed support for their daughter, who was the flower girl.
“It doesn’t look like there’s anything wrong,” said the netizen. “It’s as if nothing has ever happened between them!”
Reportedly, Catherine and Andy also performed the song “Every Day of My Life” <在我生命中的每一天> for the newlyweds.
