Ruco Chan Reveals Daughter’s Face at Her 100-Day Celebration After Backlash

In a mere six months, Ruco Chan (陳展鵬and Phoebe Sin (單文柔) got married and welcomed their daughter, Quinta Chan (陳諾瑤). Since her arrival in April, the couple often shares pictures of their newborn on Instagram from time to time. However, some netizens slammed the pair for not revealing Quinta’s face and covering it with emojis.

Phoebe Took the High Route

Not too long ago, a netizen criticized Phoebe for being like many other artistes – on one hand, they flaunt pictures of their baby on Instagram, but on the other hand, they conceal their faces.

Phoebe politely responded, “I rarely respond to comments about me because I respect everyone’s thoughts. In fact, I also want my family to be happy. They hope she can meet everyone only when she reaches 100 days old – when her body is stronger.”

Although Phoebe was attacked, many netizens praised her for her high EQ and polite response.

KK Cheung (張國強) Revealed Quinta’s Chinese Name

Indeed, the couple finally shared photos of Quinta’s face from her 100-day banquet. She looked very cute in a light-colored checkered dress with a headdress. Ruco even said boasted that his daughter resembles him.

For the party, Ruco and Phoebe invited a lot of friends and relatives, including KK. On the day of the event, KK leaked Quinta’s Chinese name online. He also said she was “very obedient during the whole event. She did not cry, and was very cooperative when people wanted to carry her and take pictures with her.”

  1. She is a cutie.

Funny how people complain about anything and everything. If Phoebe doesn’t want to show her daughter’s face she doesn’t need to.

    1. @potatochip exactly my thoughts. How come nobody slammed Ruby Lin, Aaron Kwok, Michelle Chen or Nicky Wu for not showing their baby face? It’s people choice and privacy matter. Quinta does look adorable.

  2. Everything about this Chans has a knock off, b grade, wanna be. They try hard to “keep up with the Jones.”

    Cute baby though.

On another hand, I understand why/how ppl call them out about sticky their baby’s face. It’s hypocritical. Not saying they’re the only ones who do it, but still. If you want, truly want privacy then don’t post anything of your babe period. If you’re looking for hype through social media, then go all out. Show off your kid. Sticky their face is a cop out. It’s you being selfish wanting both attention but also giving his vibe that you’re “protective” of you fam. I’ll call you out on that.

    1. @jjwong they’re just a wanna-be celebrity couple when in truth Phoebe is a nobody riding on her not-so-famous hubby’s coattails. Ruco Chan’s fame isnt quite what it used to be. Heard that he lost a lot of fans.
