Wallace Huo and 2-Year-Old Daughter Spotted in Malaysia

The Chinese actor was believed to be visiting wife Ruby Lin on the set of her new film “Miss Andy” in Malaysia.

Wallace Huo (霍建華) was recently spotted at Kuala Lumpur International Airport with his daughter, presumably to visit wife Ruby Lin (林心如) who is currently working on her new film. Malaysian press reported that the 39-year old actor was seen on June 8 at noon, along with his personal assistant and guards, to perform check-in procedures for his return flight to Taiwan.

In media footage captured at the airport, Wallace was dressed in a dark-colored t-shirt and jeans. Wearing a face mask, he carried his two-year-old daughter throughout and frequently tidied her hair lovingly while teasing her into laughter. The actor’s loving dad mode is a huge contrast to his usual cool working attitude on set. The adorable interactions between father and daughter also evoked much public discussions.

Working with Malaysian producer Jin Ong (王禮霖), this will be Ruby’s first foray into film production. Titled Miss Andy <安迪小姐>, the gender-themed film narrates the story of two individuals at their wits’ end – one a transgender and the other an illegal immigrant, who encounter each other in Malaysia and face common human rights struggles. Also starring in the film, Ruby plays an illegal Vietnamese worker in Malaysia and will be challenged to put on an accent fitting for her role, although learning Vietnamese is not required.

Married in 2016, Wallace and Ruby were good friends for many years prior to tying the knot. The couple has kept a low profile since marriage and never exposed their daughter Little Dolphin’s  photos publicly.

In a past interview, Wallace mentioned that he was prepared to spend the rest of his life alone. He explained that although he already had feelings for Ruby at the start of their friendship, he hesitated to take the step forward for fear that it might jeopardize their friendly ties.

    1. @babycakes No one is perfect. Public image is just that public image. That’s why we should never worship public figure based on their public persona.

      1. @babycakes Uhm, I have no problem recognising her lol. But then I’ve seen a lot of her naked face photos.

She still looks pretty good for her age and without makeup

Elevating actresses/actors to fantasy figures of god/goddess is
unrealistic. Entertainment media and fans need to stop propagating such nonsense.
