Linda Chung Hopes to Get Married in Guam
Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) fell in love with Guam while shooting her very first photo book in April, and is eyeing the beautiful island as a potential wedding location. The photo book, titled Bliss <幸福>, will be released on July 17, at the start of the Hong Kong Book Fair. Unlike other idol photo books, Linda chose a more conservative approach, showing off her happiness and calm surroundings instead of her career line. During the visit, Linda also revealed her wish to get married, and hopes to hold the wedding on the island.
Linda wore several summer outfits during the photo shoot, choosing mostly whites to reflect the peaceful and pure nature of the island. She also posed in Guam’s clear waters, wearing an orange one-piece with yellow stripes. Although Linda is covered up in most of the photos, she does show off her long, slim legs in summer shorts and an elegant open leg dress.
While in Guam, the crew stopped by Two Lovers Point, a romantic tourist spot frequented by couples. Following tradition, Linda made a wish with a love lock, writing “I want to get married… and I want the best partner ever!”
Linda appreciates the purity of the island and would consider it as a wedding spot. “This place is very beautiful, a world built for two people. If I get married, I would love to have the wedding here…actually I should’ve said I hope I will be married. I don’t really make plans for anything… God will have His plans for me.” Linda added that she contributed several ideas to the photo book, and hopes to emphasize the themes of appreciation and gratitude through this project.
Currently busy preparing for her first solo concert next month, Linda attended dance practice on July 2, singing and dancing with two female backup dancers. Reporters asked Linda if rumored boyfriend Philip Ng (伍允龍) had seen her dance, Linda quipped, “No one has seen it yet; I have to keep it a secret!”
Addressing earlier rumors that she was given more opportunities this year due to winning label boss Herman Ho (何哲圖)’s favor, Linda said, “It is true that Herman favors me, but he favors many artists as well. I also work very hard.”

Holding her first concert?………what a joke that all these TBV artists think they can sing……..Can anyone even name one song that she sings that is worthy of mentioning?
Lets see.. “Actually I’m Not Happy”, “You Are My Other Half”, “Vaccine”, and all her albums have reached good success. I personally like her and her influence in HK society, but we all have our opinions.

linda’s fans are rude here. just because yuaida never linda’s song doesn’t mean she’s from another planet. it’s you guys who should stop living in the linda fans bubble. her albums sell doesn’t mean she has popular or good songs. what if i tell you linda is mostly an idol selling a super clean and sweet image with occasional breakthrough in emotional scenes such as miss koo and the prank in practical jokes.

First saying linda open a concert is a joke. That to me is already rude. Telling me to break out of the Linda bubble, that’s rude too. Yes she is not most popular, not the best actress, not the best singer, so what? She is working hard everyday to improve. No one is perfect. I love her the way she is and u don’t like her that’s fine but don’t put her down.
I’m hoping the photo book will be available on YesAsia for non-HK fans like me.
I think Linda is making great strides in her career this year and I hope she does well and prove her critics wrong!
