Jacquelin Ch’ng Feeds Husband Oysters to Increase Chances of Pregnancy

Despite being newlyweds since March, TVB actress Jacquelin Ch’ng (莊思敏) and her husband, Brian Yang (楊秉逸), who is a Taiwanese bubble tea business owner, lived separately after marriage and haven’t been able to see each other in a long time. After more than three months of separation, the couple happily reunited and have been basking in each other’s company while eating out and shopping together.

After tying the knot, Brian returned to Taiwan while Jacquelin remained in Hong Kong. Since the pair have yet to decide on the location of their permanent residence after marriage, the two have been carrying out the same arrangement of traveling between Taiwan and Hong Kong as they had while dating. However, their visits have been spaced farther apart due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Now, Brian is in town again to spend Christmas and New Year’s Eve with Jacquelin.

He timed his visit perfectly, as Jacquelin joked at a recent event that she would get a divorce if she does not get to see her husband soon. The 40-year-old also shared her desire to have children and has been buying tonics to regulate her body. It would be an opportune time to chase for a baby with Brian in Hong Kong, and Jacquelin has shown her eagerness by behaving lovey-dovey on their date.

In the photographs, she smiled lovingly at Brian as they ate and shopped around. The latter also attentively put on Jacquelin’s coat for her and held her hand while strolling the streets. Aside from buying a pair of sneakers for Brian, they also visited a jewelry store but left empty-handed as nothing particularly interested them. The pair chose to cook a big dinner feast at home instead of eating out since restaurants are now closed after 6 p.m. They made a quick run to the supermarket and purchased fruits, vegetables, oysters, seasoning, snacks, and instant noodles. Seeing that she specifically bought oysters, it is apparent that she is making efforts and is determined to get pregnant soon.

When called for an interview regarding her date yesterday, the actress expressed, “He returned during November to spend the holidays with me. Since he will be leaving in January, we thought to make the best out of the time left.”

  1. She is one of the wasted unrated actresses in TVB. I have always like her since watching one of her movie about ghost where she was one of the kaki mahjong players. TVB never knows how to promote great ones, she has the look, height, shape and ofc acting skills more than any of the leading ladies now. Hope she gets her chance soon.
