After terminating his contract with TVB in 2013, Michael Tse’s (謝天華) move to China has been very successful. During Lunar New Year, Michael was seen praying for good health and fortune for his family. Receiving endless lucrative jobs, Michael built a fortune and bought a large home in 2015. The 55-year-old actor reportedly has a net worth of over 100 million Chinese yuan.

After making a name for himself in the Young and Dangerous <古惑仔> film series, Michael became a household name as Laughing Gor in 2009’s E.U. <學警狙擊> and Lives of Omission <潛行狙擊. Becoming an overnight sensation, Michael ultimately left TVB in 2013 and began working in China where he appeared in series, mall shows, endless commercial gigs, and live performances. He also started his own studio and became an even bigger hit after his well-received performance on the variety talent show, Call Me by Fire <披荊斬棘的哥哥>.

In the timespan of 10 years, Michael’s net worth climbed to CNY 100 million.
