Raymond Lam and Carina Zhang Take Baby Daughter Outside

In September, Raymond Lam (林峯) and Carina Zhang (張馨月) welcomed the arrival of their daughter.  Aside from taking time off to take care of Carina, Raymond also splurged $420,000 Hong Kong dollars a month to have Carina stay at a luxury postpartum center in Shenzhen. Recovering well, Carina is back in tiptop shape and took a stroll with Raymond and their daughter today.

Although Carina only gave birth several weeks ago, she looked fantastic in a tight top and loose jeans which revealed her slim waist. Perhaps due to the glow in her skin, netizens felt that Carina looked more beautiful now than prior to having her baby. Shocked by how quickly she lost all of her baby weight, they asked the model for weight loss tips.

Aside from the nutritionally balanced meals that were provided at the postpartum center, Carina also started exercising regularly within one month of giving birth. Consistent exercises such as yoga has helped her lose weight quickly. In a social media post, Carina shared that one of her favorite poses is the headstand–a pose which would be hard for newcomers to attempt.
