Viann Zhang Explains Why She Doesn’t Want to Work with Dilireba Anymore

Stars of Hunan TV’s latest romantic comedy TV series Love Designer <幸福，触手可及！> are reportedly not in good terms, and it’s not in the way you think.

The two female leads of Love Designer, Dilireba (迪丽热巴) and Viann Zhang (黄景瑜), are known for being good friends, but recently, a rumor claiming that the two had a huge falling out has been circulating far and wide in the Internet, leading to speculations that the duo are friends no more.

The rumor claimed that Viann has stated that she will no longer work with Dilireba in the future, even if the job offer would yield good money.

The two parties have never bothered to clarify the truth behind the claims, but Viann finally broke the silence this week in the form of a social media update. She addressed the rumor, but not in a way that you might think.

On why she’s refusing to work with Dilireba, Viann said, “Every time we work together she’s always bringing great food with her. She’s made me fat.”

Though it isn’t a direct answer to the question, it appears that Viann isn’t too bothered by the negative news about their relationship.

Previously known as Love Advanced Customization <爱情高级定制>, Love Designer also stars Johnny Huang (黄景瑜) and Yi Daqian (易大千). It follows the journey of the young fashion graduate Zhou Fang, who fulfills her dream of establishing her own fashion brand through dedication, perseverance, and hard work.
