Wayne Lai Prepares to Film “Rosy Business 4”

Gracing a promotional event for a health brand together, Wayne Lai (黎耀祥) and Rosina Lam (林夏薇) delivered song performances onstage, the first time the two actors had met up for work since 2018’s Daddy Cool <逆緣>!

Giving him a bear hug like a starstruck fangirl, Rosina expressed that she looks forward to her next opportunity to star opposite Wayne again as she can learn lots from him. “Whenever I try to build my character, I’d recall what Wayne has shared with me before,” Looking forward to filming with the veteran, Rosina wants to do the comedy genre most, as “though everyone thinks that Wayne and I are very “proper” and serious, but both of us have a lively side to us, and Wayne is actually pretty hilarious,” she shared.

Wayne Prepares to Shape Up for “Rosy Business 4”

The official poster states the series’ English working title as “No Return”.

As for Wayne, he revealed that he will be heading to Hengdian to start work on the much-awaited Rosy Business 4 <巾帼枭雄之悬崖>.

Sharing that it will be set in the early Ming dynasty, the 59-year-old said that while it will not be as physically demanding as the boxing-themed The Ringmaster <拳王>, he would still be starting a strict diet regime, to get into his best shape onscreen for the anticipated series!

Previously, veteran actor Lee Shing-cheong (李成昌) had delighted fans when he revealed that filming for the series will kick off in October, with a picture of the script showing the screenwriter as Cheung Wah Biu (張華標), who had helmed the highly rated first and second sequel Rosy Business <巾幗梟雄> and No Regrets <義海豪情>.

Actor Edwin Siu (萧正楠), who said he would be heading to Hengdian for filming in September, is also believed to be part of the cast lineup.
