Roy Chiu and Tiffany Hsu Hold Wedding

Staying low-key after their marriage, Tiffany Hsu (許瑋甯) and Roy Chiu (邱澤) held their long-overdue wedding ceremony at Mandarin Oriental Taipei with a star-studded turnout of 430 guests including Matilda Tao (陶晶莹), Pauline Lan (藍心湄), Stella Zhang (张清芳), Chen Meifeng (陳美鳳), Sunny Wang (王陽明), Sandy Wu (吳珊儒), Kai Ko (柯震東) and others! Held after four years of marital life, Roy described the occasion as “impossibly dreamy”, while his loving act of whispering by Tiffany’s ear was crowned sweetest moment of the evening.

On Having and Being Thankful for Each Other

Instead of the couple being nervous on their big day,  it was the bridesmaid and groomsman who felt more anxious instead. When asked if he was afraid his wife Tiffany would drink too much, Roy replied in an exasperated tone, “I’ll have to worry more about myself!” As he would be spending the night with his wife and newborn, he said, “I have to first pass the challenge of not having too much to drink!”

On their vow exchange formality during the wedding ceremony, Tiffany shared that it helped her recount the moments of happiness they shared along the way which was immensely touching. “I’m thankful for (him), he is really a great source of companionship,”

At Tiffany’s bequest, Roy then shared something sweet which he had told Tiffany on their way to the media interviews. He had thought that there would be some pockets of time for rest during their wedding preparations, but it turned out they were so preoccupied and did not have time to sit down for breakfast or lunch. “Just now on the way here, I said, when I was unsure of what to do, but knowing she was present, it just make things feel a lot better,” Tiffany then cheekily replied, “Wa~ Is this your vow?”

Twelve gorgeous wedding photos of the couple were also unveiled prior to the wedding, including classy black and white stills, capturing the duo in relaxed but loving poses, featuring Tiffany in an elegant couture gown and Roy in a sharp tailored suit.
