“Sisters Who Make Waves” Returns with a Third Season

Chinese music survival program Sisters Who Make Waves is confirmed for the third season that features a lineup of mature artistes competing for a spot in a new girl group. While preparation is still underway, the list of contestants has been leaked online and is currently a trending topic.

According to the leaked source, many A-listed artistes will likely grace the stage of Sister Who Make Waves 3 and they include Hong Kong actress Carina Lau (劉嘉玲), Hong Kong singer Gillian Chung (鍾欣潼), CTV host Zhou Tao (周濤), influential host Liu Yan (柳岩), Chinese actress Mao Xiaotong (), former member of South Korean’s girl group Fiestar’s Cao Lu, Taiwanese singer-actress Cyndi Wang (王心凌), and Taiwanese songstress Rene Liu (劉若英).

In addition, several strong contenders are rumored to be in discussion to appear in the program including Miriam Yeung (楊千嬅), Qi Wei (戚薇), Xiaofei Zhang (張小斐) and Tan Songyun (譚松韻).

  1. Wow, impressive list… If it is so. But why is Tan Songyun (譚松韻) in the list? But I have never seen her dance/sing. So if she is really a contestant. It will be even more interesting to watch.
