Linda Chung Brings Kids to Meet with “Heart of Greed” Cast

A mother of two young children, Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) left TVB last year to return to her hometown in Vancouver to raise her family. She makes occasional visits to Hong Kong for work functions and visit good friends she made during her 13 years at TVB.

Recently, the 35-year-old even brought her two kids to meet with Ha Yu (夏雨), Louise Lee (李司棋), and Michelle Yim (米雪), whom she developed a close relationship with while filming Heart of Greed <溏心風暴>. Linda shared, “During my early years at TVB, I was very lucky to work with these three talented veteran artistes. They taught me so much about acting. I’m grateful for their love towards me, and very happy to see them interact with [my kids] Kelly and Jared.”

Aside from catching up with friends, Linda was back in Hong Kong recently to release a new song for her powdered milk commercial.  She created the song and wrote it for her daughter. She hopes to continue release more songs, but admits she won’t have time to film dramas. She shared, “It’s really harder than I imagined. There are many things to do, and I have two ‘koala bears’ clinging to me at home. I can only work after they fall asleep.”

Absent from Hong Kong for nearly a year, Linda stayed for three weeks during this trip. “I first came back with my son, and then my husband came with my daughter. Jared is already seven months old and this was his first time on the plane. He was so good for the entire nine hours and even smiled at the flight attendants. Everyone who passed by wanted to touch his cheeks.”

She hopes that her kids will always love each other. Kelly fights to hold her baby brother. Linda joked that they love each other more than her. Though she has left Hong Kong for some time now, she is very grateful for her fans who still remember her.

  1. Linda has always been very good looking. If she could actually act instead of just do that annoying cry, she would have be so popular.
