  1. Lol, as vain as I might sound but this is my reaction when I was watching all of us are dead. At the start, “uh, for such a crappy slow moving zombie drama, they should at least pick prettier casts” then he appeared: “ding ding ding! He’ll be a big hit”. Even my husband next to me is like: oh here we go, the pretty boy you always expect in kdrama. Now we know we are watching kdrama. Lol! And as much as it sounds like mocking but even my husband doesn’t think it need to pick seriously bad looking ppl for a drama to be taken seriously. Don’t get me wrong, we have no problem with the supporting casts, they act well, they look the part. But what is it with the 2 main leads? They look terrible. and their acting is so weak, especially the FL. I get that she thinks looking down demonstrate the character’s inner emotions, which is depressed. But at the same time, when 95% of her dialogue time, she looks down, and citing whatever she feels, she lose that connection with the audiences! I didn’t feel anything for her, she just irritating me. So when everything is bad, her look grated even more on my nerves. And this is me who also thinks of Zhou Dong You in the first 5mins of the palace movie: ok, she’s pretty bland and yes, like ppl (the maids in the movie) said she’s ugly. And she remains ugly, but wow, her acting blew me out of the park. So from then on, I never thought of her as ugly, because she can surely act. Same with Zhou Xun, first time I saw her, I didn’t think she’s beautiful despite everyone in the movie was going on and on about how beautiful she is. But her acting is definitely top notch!

Anyway, all of us are dead is pretty meh, possibly the weakest zombie Korean drama I’ve seen. The plot armour is so thick, and inconsistent to try and milk your emotions. But it’s just laughable, each of these ppl’s death are like avoidable but nope, we need to milk emotions, guys. And what kind of students is this? Literally they don’t bother trying to make weapons or try to think of a way to kill the zombies. Sometimes stab them in the neck kill them, or the chest, sometimes it doesn’t >_> Or trying to get water and food. But hey, let’s build a toilet because it’s really useful *facepalm. the only saving grace for this drama was Park Solomon and his class president love story/her story of being a hambies. 1. Agree, I thought the female leads acting were weak. Solomon was so cute hahaba. I like dae su!

    2. I thought the show was good. It has the highest rating on Netflix since release. It’s so much better than the western ones.

      1. @m0m0 Does it get better? I couldn’t quite get passed episode 2 and haven’t been watching since but there hasn’t been another drama to watch so I wonder if I should pick it up again.

      2. @BearBear
i think the show is fine quite suspenceful esp the first few episodes. I don’t know why people are bashing it. having watched black summer, z nation, walking dead and itsspin off, I consider this one above all the aforementioned which are all pretty bad and cheesy compare to the korean and japanese zoombie shows. you could check out the japanese zombie show, with you till the end of the word. there are several seasons and the third one’s coming.

      3. Bear bear: definitely worth a watch. Female leads a bit weak, but I enjoyed it! I agree with momo, better than a lot of western zombies shows!

    3. I’ve only just started watching and was thinking this drama sure does have many actors/actresses who are relatively unknown so with that drama title I’m sure they’ll all end up dead cos none are ‘celebrity’ or idol material – until this tall dude appeared.
I’m still undecided whether to continue to Ep 3 as none of the characters makes me care enough whether they live or die horrifically.
Anyway, guess those that stands out from this drama will get to be main lead in other kdrama later.

  2. I kept refusing to watch it despite my daughter’s strong recommendation, until she showed me his picture. Haha… worth watching.
