Janice Man is Nervous About Her Upcoming Wedding in Italy

After dating for five years, Janice Man (文詠珊) announced her engagement to wealthy Hong Kong businessman Carl Wu (吳啟楠) in April. The couple’s wedding will take place in Italy in October. Holding her Chinese pre-wedding party earlier, Janice shared photos of the event. The 30-year-old bride-to-be was glowing with happiness while wearing a red lace dress.

Janice and Carl were surrounded by traditional Chinese wedding decorations and gifts. There were many boxes of dried seafood and Chinese delicacies. At least 10 pairs of dragon and phoenix bracelets were gifted to the bride, and the gold jewelry featured the popular “pig” motif to wish Janice luck in bearing many children.

With the help of her wedding planner and bridesmaids including Carmen Yim (嚴紀雯), Janice has been busy preparing for her October wedding, which will take place in a castle on Lake Como. The couple has already inspected the location and tried the dishes that will be served.

Though Janice has already stopped working to allow more time to prepare for the wedding, she is still very nervous for her upcoming big day.
