Janice Man Returns to Work after Getting Married
Holding her beautiful wedding in Italy last October, Janice Man (文詠珊) has no desire to step away from her career after marriage. The model-turned-actress has since returned to work and is currently filming the new Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber <倚天屠龍記> movie. She will be taking on the classic role of Zhao Min, with Raymond Lam (林峯) starring opposite as Zhang Wu Ji.
Due to her work, Janice and her husband, finance professional Carl Ng (吳啟楠), have to be separated long distance. Whenever she misses him, Janice will look through their wedding photos. Reflecting on their amazing journey together, she expressed, “Four months have already passed. However, each photo brings back a memory that seems to have happened just yesterday. I remember that when the wedding ended, I had an inexplicable sense of loss. This is probably due to the fact that we spent more than half a year preparing for the event. Every day, we would run around taking care of all the small details in planning the wedding. Our investment level was at 200 percent!”
The extravagant wedding, which was held in Italy, took more than just one person’s effort to plan. Thanking all her friends and family for their help, Janice did not forget to thank her biggest supporter – her husband. Janice sweetly said, “I want to thank Mr. C the most. Although he was not involved in much of the wedding planning, he played the part of my biggest silent supporter. He stayed by my side and quietly lent a listening ear whenever I needed to talk or vent. You are my best friend and the best listener. I am thankful that the heavens gave us this fate. We will continue walking the reminder of our lives hand in hand. We will work hard for our future!”
