Jay Chou and Hannah Quinlivan Having a Baby Boy?

Since confirming his wife Hannah Quinlivan‘s (昆凌) pregnancy in April, Jay Chou (周杰倫) has been looking forward to becoming a parent. Excited about the arrival of their first baby, 21-year-old Hannah occasionally shared tidbits on social media.

Although Hannah is already over five months pregnant, she was careful to not reveal the sex of the baby, hoping to keep it a surprise. Yesterday, Jay Chou attended a public event for children, and teased the press when he was asked if his baby would be a boy or a girl.

Young at heart, Jay joked that he still hopes kids would continue toe call him “Jielun gege” after he becomes a father. When asked about what the sex of his baby would be, Jay said with a smile, “I knew you guys would ask me this. Are you guys ready?” He then unzipped his jacket, revealing a shirt that had a large question mark. “Please look forward to it!” He teased.

In a sit-down interview that was held after the event, Jay revealed that he and his family already know the sex of the baby. He shared that he has already begun shopping for the baby.

Teasing the press some more, Jay said he purchased black-colored products for the baby. The baby’s carriage will be a black-and-gold theme. His friends also said they wanted to give his child a batmobile, a hint that the baby may be a boy.
